Generally speaking for gas stations, I like Casey’s. This particular Casey’s was not a great experience. Not only was the bathroom out of service, which fine, I get it. I can deal with that. The man behind the sandwich counter flat out refused to make me a sandwich. He wanted me to buy a premade one. When I went over there and found none that I wanted, he said he would make one. I told him what I wanted and he looked at me and said there was one over in the premade section. He then walked over there and was going to find it to hand it to me. I told him I didn’t want the premade one bc of the topping on it and I didn’t want a soggy sandwich from the tomatoes. Needless to say, he didn’t want to do his job. So no sandwich for me. Terrible customer service.

Ok don't know why people knocking Casey. I order a bacon breakfast pizza. It was made less that 10 mins. It took me 15 to get there. It was in the warmer hot and ready. It taste like bacon. To me Casey is a cut under coscto and know what that's pretty damn good. Go there for the specialty pizzas and other special they have on their app and you probably gonna have a good time. Call and make for order in advance so you don't wait.

can you give a 0?? I have unfortunately been com8ng here for years with the same tired, moody and honestly offensive manager. My family has watched very abuse employees and in turn they have zero guest service skills. We have reached out to Casey's about this, no response. When our identity was stolen from a hacked rewards program we still got no response. Hopefully Corp will step in as it seems very unhealthy and out of control and that's not fair to that manager who I'm sure has asked for help or the team and as they say it's all rolling down. hill to the guest

Never any cheese pizza and been coming here for a long time now. Just for that. From now on going to the McDonald’s or hometown Pizza..
All they serve is almost all the time PORK at this location.

Never any plain cheese slices. I used to work at Caseys it was a POLICY to have 1 Cheese 1 pepperoni and one breakfast and the last space can go what ever YOU WANT OR CUSTOMERS.
The first 3 trays are mandatory cheese pepperoni and breakfast pizza
I seen another review saying the same thing nothing has changed either since that review was a while ago..
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SUBSTITUTES. POORLY RAN! If you cannot eat pork either, don’t come here.

I’ve been coming to Casey’s on Hwy 55 (762) for snacks during lunch, but I’ve noticed a serious lack of options for people who don’t eat pork or follow certain dietary restrictions like Muslims. Every single time I’m there, they only serve pizzas with pepperoni, sausage, or bacon — never just plain cheese. I get that some people enjoy those options, but what happened to the classic cheese pizza? It’s frustrating because there’s always space for a cheese pizza on the racks, yet they never make one. It’s disappointing to see such limited choices for people who can’t eat pork. Just a heads up for anyone expecting more variety!

One of the worst cases locations I have been in and a while. The car wash is total garbage your car will come out just as dirty as it went in no matter how many times you get a new car wash. The only food they have is pizza.. if they have burgers up there God forbid you ask them for lettuce or tomato because you're not going to get it You're going to get attitude if you order anything that they haven't prepared. Don't expect your card readers to work for Apple pay or tap the pay because that usually doesn't work. Constant new employees nobody knows where anything is or how to do their job besides the manager if there is one present.

What an absolutely and surprisingly bad store!!! Employees belligerent and unprofessional!! Men's bathroom extremely filthy, I mentioned it to the cashier she just rolled her eyes as if she didn't care and was annoyed that I even said anything.The loaded breakfast thing I got was undercooked over salted and gross!I think it's time to close the store!Will never be returning!

Card readers at pumps never work, which are double charges waiting to happen. Keep your receipts and watch your statements if attending this place.
