The workers here are always rude! I hate having to come here but it's convenient to come to this location since I do my shopping at target. They make you seem like an inconvenience to help you get your medication when it's simply their job. I didn't know it was so hard to put a little smile on your face and at least try to act nice to someone. I don't leave reviews often. The first few times I've been here I shook off my feelings of them being rude. But now I'm just upset with the disrespect from the workers.

Pharmacist who answered the phone was a snot. Copped an attitude with one question I asked. Same woman who last time I called to ask the same question barked at me that she has a line in the store and was the only one there. Ok..? So am I not a customer as well? Not impressed at all. Doesn’t take much to talk nicely to someone. I hope this lady reads it and thinks twice before she rudely responds to a customer. You don’t like your job anymore go somewhere else!

Always a problem with my prescriptions and their hours are so limited it’s pathetic. I’ve had to go back to a Walgreens much further away to get things done competently. Awful! No pharmacy is open a few hours a day but them!!!!!!!!!!! New pharmacists are graduating all the time. You CAN find workers. NOT an excuse. ?? Very unhappy!!! I’ve lost all respect for CVS. Terrible company.

Unpleasant staff phones auto rolled over and she said we don’t open till 9 so I’m letting you go, click. Then don’t have your phone on or answer if you aren’t going to talk to a customer. System is always down. The pharmacist is nice but no one who checks you out or answers the phone. Long lines and closes for a break.

They used to be good but have really slipped. We just moved and I tried to transfer my families' prescriptions to a new pharmacy. My new pharmacy has called 4 times and I have called once and CVS Medina had either been unwilling or just too incompetent to transfer the prescriptions. My daughters health problems are life threatening and requiring multiple prescriptions. When I called to ask what was going on they were hostile and rude. Don't use this pharmacy. My daughter could die without her medication and they just did not care.

The staff here has been great to work with. During Covid this pharmacy has been understaffed, like many other businesses, to their frustration, but they have treated everyone well and done the best they can. I do not like corporate CVS, which is difficult to communicate with, but there is little choice anywhere nearby. Friendly and hardworking, recommended.

Disappointing experiences, one after another. One employee says Y, another says X, auto texts saying script is ready but when I show up it's not, on hold forever and then call gets dropped, admit they don't read doc notes to pharmacist so I'm left to explain things I don't understand (not Med professional). Last phone call wasn't allowed to finish a single sentence without being interrupted. Seriously. Not one. Transferred scripts here bc of close proximity, convenient hours but so far it's been nothing but inconvenient. Is it compassion fatigue? Desperate to hire so CVS tolerates such problems? Sad state of affairs.

It's ok. But you should put in a separate entrance to target or get a drive through put in. Not a target shopper.. but you are the only cvs who stocks my meds at 3 month supply.. so. 3 stars for that.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Went to pick up my prescriptions and signed up for a flu shot at the same time. The lady told me it would be 15 minutes and to wake at the door or shop asking and come back. I walked around for a bit and waited for over 30 minutes with zero contact. The last who "was getting the flu shot ready" then walked right by me with a shopping ballet. At that point I tried to get some info and how long it'd be, and the only other lady behind the desk ignored me and said she'd be with me in a few minutes, at which point I just left. I wasted over an hour and never got a flu shot, and when I got home I looked and the lady didn't even bother to fill my insulin prescription. It was nothing but sheer laziness, apathy, and neglect. Disgusting

Everyone of the Pharmacy staff has been overly helpful in helping to fill my scripts. There was many insurance company issues and they stuck with all the red tape and cut it away. I have been to other sites and by far the staff at Medina is the best.
