“For the last few years, our family has been getting its prescriptions filled here. We have never had a bad experience. In fact, this pharmacy is the best run that we have been to. We are typically greeted with smiles (you can still see the smiles in their eyes as their mouths are covered with masks). We are usually in and out within minutes... so relatively no/limited wait time.I also had the experience where I was rushing to the pharmacy just as it was closing for the day (doors were already shut). They saw me running to the door and they let me in. Talk about super customer service! Thank you Maple Grove Pharmacy!!!”

“I frequent this pharmacy and am always impressed and grateful for the care and service i receive. Like everywhere these days, especially pharmacies, staffing is a challenge but even if the line is 10 deep I've never waited even 10 minutes. I also often arrive with no line at all.Over the years they've often had to contact my doctors or work with my insurance and I've never felt like an imposition. I love how easy it is to fill via the app (and delivery is free if you have $5/mo care pass). I have one prescription i have to refill by phone at least 1x/mo and I've never - i mean never waited longer than 2 minutes when i call.I'm always met with the most kind, thoughtful welcome. Todd in particular is so friendly, always asking "how is your day going today?"in the sincerest tone. I'm so grateful for all the staff”
