I came in hoping to make a deposit and withdrawal a little cash before my vacation but I was 5 min past 5:00 when they closed, this was at Medina location but when Joshua came outside I said hi , he recognized me right away and was so helpful he talk to manager as she was getting ready to leave was able to open up the drive thru to help me with my transaction. It was very nice of him he didn’t have to stay after but he did it was great , he does an amazing job everytime I come in.
