“A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. You are what the trucking industry needs . God bless !”
“I needed to fax important documents, and PostNet easily did so at a lower cost than competitors. Unfortunately, information as to their location is very mixed up both on Yelp, and on Google. Once found however, Alex, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating.”

“Had a wonderfully smooth (and fun!) experience here yesterday when I stopped by for a notarization appointment. All three gentlemen working here were extremely helpful, funny, and patient. The notary public who helped me photocopy and notarize my diploma was super thorough and double checked that every element was included. They didn’t even charge me for the colored photocopies! The staff here seem genuinely interested in talking to the customers and making them feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be back again soon!!”
“My fiance and I came to this FedEx to print all of the stationary for our wedding. We had a small issue at first with how our name cards were cut but when we brought them back in, they were really great to work with and very helpful! Our stationary turned out absolutely amazing and we could not be happier with how everything was printed and cut. All the employees we worked with were super helpful! “I stopped by the Maple Grove Post Office today and, despite a long line, the staff kept things moving efficiently and professionally.
A special thank you to Jodie, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. While helping customers, she took the time to assist a mother with a small child by carrying a large box out to her car. It wasn’t something she had to do, but it was a wonderful example of genuine kindness and excellent customer service.
In a world where people are often in a hurry, it was refreshing to witness someone go out of their way to help another person. Small acts of kindness make a big difference, and Jodie certainly made a positive impression today.

“I go there once a month and I cannot say enough good things about the woman who works in the front. She's wonderful, always goes above and beyond with a smile on her face. Going to the post office is not a hassle when she's working. It's unfortunate that people leave negative reviews because the employees are not allowed to supply customers with tape. Bring your own.”

“Let me start by saying; I DONT do business with any company that uses any other package delivery service. FedEx is the most UNRELIABLE service in the entire industry, and USPS is just plain SLOW.. UPS is always on time, courteous, and just flat out “THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!” FedEx for example, has always without reason rescheduled my package delivery for either the next business day or if the package is scheduled for a Friday, it’s rescheduled to the following business day which is usually a Monday or Tuesday even though their tracking information shows out for delivery or scheduled delivery on the day it’s expected. Trust me when I tell you; ONLY USE COMPANIES who DELIVER WITH UPS for guaranteed ON TIME DELIVERY, package care, courteous drivers, and 99 times out of 100 will either be free shipping or MUCH cheaper than the other carriers with the piece of mind of on time scheduled delivery, damage free parcels, and is always placed in a secure location visually away from package pirates.”
