During a pair of phone upgrades, several problems occurred.
First upgrade order was created, canceled and recreated with Verizon. This created several billing problems because a promotion wasn’t captured right. I am still trying to resolve with Verizon now.
During my second upgrade, a mistake was made to the line selection. It created several problems with my SIM and contacts. Two strikes here.

Ran into the store to get a new $70 screen protector put on and they put one on that covered the front speaker. Can’t hear anything out of it anymore so all call will need to be on speakerphone. Unreal.

worst service. i took four new phones in november.they are cheaters they did everything wrong on promotion trade-in credit.my monthly bill should be 300 and they did so many things wrong and my monthly bill coming at 500 plus dollars. never go to third party verizon store. thewy made my experince with verizon nightmare...

9th may update and review
Today i went to the store and Hunter helped me patiently and provided all info to Verizon and waiting for them to give the correct promo credit. No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue

Would give this location 0 stars if I could. The grey haired heavy set employee working not only told a poor elderly man to “google his problem” and turned him away - but told me and my two children with me that I can “wait in the car” until he’s ready. Extremely unprofessional & horrible attitude. Disgusting.

Run from victra. Terrible terrible terrible. Offer promotion and won’t help you actually claim it. Go to a corporate store save yourself the headache.
To start I was promised a pay off device promotion that I’ve still not seen. I’ve been back to your store several times and get told sorry we can’t help go to a corporate store. Corporate store says they can’t help because it was through victra. I’m out a lot of money at this point because you got the switch over and walk away.
Second I saw an elderly man walk into the store wanting a basic charger. Seth sold him an $80 brick/cord combo how is that justified.
Third i was told of if I need help to come back and they would. Not the case based off my first point.
Go to the Verizon corporate store and avoid victra at all costs.

If they tell you you get a lifetime guaranteed free screen protector replacement, they don't really mean lifetime guarantee, the mean 6 to 8 months, then they are 20 dollars and some cents.

We visited this Verizon location today and would ? recommend! After waiting 2 hours and still not getting served at the Maple Grove location last week this was a complete turnaround! The staff was phenomenal, friendly, and helpful. They were fast and efficient! I will definitely go back to them again!

I went there today to get my daughter a new phone for her birthday and they actually ended up finding me a deal is going to save us $300 on our business account. Very knowledgeable easy to work with. This will be my go to Verizon store from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at this location, specifically with Ethan! He was patient, super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up accurately. I offered to come back another day to finish, since it was past closing time, but he was not bothered at all! Such great service.

I had a very positive experience at the Medina store when I was purchasing a new phone. Hunter and Ethan were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will be back when our next phone needs to be updated!
