“Just picked my car up from them today. They worked out pretty much all of the details with my insurance company and were awesome to work with. I would do it again in a heart beat. I picked up my car and it had the interior and exterior washed too. I literally drove it home smiling even though the rental was nicer than my own car.”
“Josh is so professional and did an insanely good job on my vehicle. I have a honda civic and his price was the cheapest, by far best option in the cities area! He was able to get all the water stains out of my seats and shampoo everything so clean it got rid of the BO odor it had from my ex using it (sorry gotta love it lol). Seriously everything I wanted, my vehicle is back to normal and smells brand new! I was a little hesitant to pay in full up front but his amazing reviews sold me so I had to come on here and add another one! Will only be using The Josh Wash for any future vehicle needs!”

Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. “I drove approximately 45 When I walked in the female employee greeted me and asked if she could help. I replied that I had perhaps spoken to her about the issue on the phone. I needed the remotes for starting my vehicle reprogrammed because I had changed my battery and it wiped everything. The employee came outside and jumped in my vehicle and reprogrammed everything within 3 minutes. I was asking her what I owed her as she was walking inside and she turned around and replied “ Nothing “; with a smile and she added “ Happy Holidays “. I replied with a”Thank you very much and Happy Holidays too! “ I didn’t get her name but I’m sure she’ll find this review. Thank you so much. “I am an amateur car collector/car lover and have tried a variety of shops (when needed) over my 50 plus years of collector car ownership. My current cars are from 30-100 years old, and I thrive on them being “kept up”, and in pretty decent drivable condition.
Regrettably on most occasions before I found Straightline Customs (SLC), I was never totally overjoyed and ecstatic with the finished product.
Since finding Straightline Customs, I have always left “more than happy”. I have used them on numerous occasions and even as I write this review, another is in their shop.
Outstanding quality at a fair price is my benchmark, and it always will be. Congratulations to the entire Straightline Custom Team.

“Just had a dent taken out by Steve. The paintless dent repair was great. Turned out fantastic. There was one spot he couldn't get too because of a weld in the corner of the door. However he did a remarkable job at attempting. Since it didn't come out all the way, he dropped the price he quoted.Awesome service, and friendly. Highly recommend for the paintless dent repair. Will be back for other services in the future.”

“Very good price, but not a perfect job: a bit of spots on clear surfaces, cleaning residue left behind, and it wasn't clear how to get a hold of them. They did call about a half hour beyond the time estimate they gave me, but when I called the number it did not reach a human or even a typical automatic answering machine.”

“I have had a membership for a few years. I get unlimited car washes and owning a black car means that I really use it. I wouldn't consider mister car wash if you just need an occasional car wash. You really have to be committed to get your moneys worth. I have been to a few locations throughout the twin cities and Roseville is my favorite. The staff are great, quick, efficient, and do the best (in my opinion of all the locations) at cleaning the interior.”

“I give them four stars for the last vehicle they did good job but that was long time ago. I have seen so many customers complaint from them. I had plan to take my new vehicle go there for not all service just inside the seats clean. But if they mess with me take my money and not done the job. I would have call 911 on them. it will be a big issue for them. if i give you a money that mean i want my vehicle to be clean. because that money is not coming from sky like rain. i fall sweat for that money work hard for that money. But if you take that from me with not job done then it will be very tough for them.”

“Been a member here for the past year plus+ and I love it it’s always so fun to watch the wash, you can get the attendant to do the inside of the car too but depending what your membership entails you might have to pay extra for it but still a steel compared to the other car wash options ! A basic member pays under 30$ a month! If you go three times it’s worth the money and it’s not a big line ever due to the quickness of the process so it’s up to you if you decide not to pay for a membership you can go pay for a single wash if you like just to try it out. Go see if it’s worth the cost to you . I highly recommend trying for yourself.”
