“In my personal opinion The one star reviews are from impatient and petty people. My real name is Alejandra Thatcher and I would like to say how amazing and helpful the staff at this location is. Depending on their position in the store I'm sure they have different knowledge. However they have been nothing but kind to me the times I've gone in. Amazing work refurbishing the laptops and computes. Amazing customer service skills. Kind and dedicated staff. I bought a laptop on sale for 25$ this is what I'm writing the review on. It works great and has awesome features and let me say a Dell for 25 dollars let alone 50 for this quality is HARD to come by. I'm so proud of them they're are so many people that come in when they're open its crazy and some people are beyond rude and they still don't lose their minds lol. I ADORE this establishment and all the staff I have had the honor of meeting here. Thank you PCs for people for you patience, for celebrating my favorite holiday EARTH DAY, for the laptop, and for the free reusable tote bag and earth shaped stress ball. I needed to know people still cared about customer service and the Earth and you guys remind me that a lot. Thank you,

“My laptop had a broken hinge and Geek Squad wouldn't handle it. These guys fixed it! The two people I talked two were very professional and easy to talk to, and they communicated well about what needed to be done and what extra work and charges could possibly be required (though in the end they weren't). The cost was less than half the price of a new laptop - not to mention saving me the trouble of setting up a new one. It took a couple of days, but it was worth it.”
“I drove an hour to this location just for a lense for my Canon r50. Specifically a 100-400 mm f5.6-8. John was immediately available and assisted me in my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and you could tell right away that he absolutely LOVES photography. I will come back to this store for my camera gear. “My first contact with Techyparts was a couple of months ago, when we urgently needed parts that were not available in Switzerland. After a short phone call the order was arranged, payment done and the goods reached us on the next working day! “Geek squad has repeatedly done all they can to put up with my unending PC/account issues, I thought about dropping off my phone but felt they could use a break (even though I'm a BB Total member, I think I've gotten my money's worth by now already and that's just within a couple months, although these issues have been horrible for me, I still don't mean to abuse the system) so I took my phone to Verizon instead which was probably the right call (no pun intended) and remembered they can help me with some phone stuff more promptly, and also - at least for Google, Windows might be different - Verizon may be able to help with some of the account related issues I've been struggling with, so thanks everyone at BB for putting up with my seemingly perpetual issues. Might stop by again soon but not just to bog down GS *huge shout out though to GS, even if I'm starting to become a frustration you guys remain professional and I appreciate it a lot!
If I have to bring my PC in again, I'm going to look into my finances and see if I can make some purchases/PC parts so that I'm actually buying something significant that hopefully makes everything more worth it for you guys.

“We had an excellent experience at the MOA Apple location. We needed to buy a new phone but ran into a couple of tech issues with our carrier pin. We worked with two specialists who were both incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were able to solve the issue and get us checked out. They were easy to chat with which made the process fun and not stressful. We'll definitely be back!”

“I purchased a new phone from Verizon and had a number of difficulties transferring the data from the old phone to the new phone. I went to this Verizon store for help. Due to the tech difficulties I was experiencing, I did not make an Apple genus appointment. The employee who greeted me, Gabe, was extremely helpful. He scheduled with me with their tech support and while I waited for my appointment slot, he helped to troubleshoot the transfer issue. Ultimately, Gabe was able to resolve the issue before my appointment time started.”
