Which I don't recommend. But I can afford to. And the only job I ever left a review online. Which I took the time to do. To remind myself. To never lower my standards.

Rather then tell you that they do not want you, she will constantly string you along , or tell you they have it filled, or they will get back to you. Even thou it is posted on the web site that they still have the open position. there seems to be some difficulty with honesty. Honesty is very important .And they are always hiring for the same jobs. tells you something

Driving on 160th towards Apple valley and a driver cut us off last minute thank God our kids weren't in the car. I tried calling the how's my driving number and of course it's busy. This guy could've cost lives!Around 1220 September 8th

This company is awful service, their used oil tank at our establishment is leaking all over and now has caused the city to contact us to repair the ally. The company will not respond and send someone out to fix it, It is causing thousands of dollars in damage. I asked to speak with a supervisor on the phone today and was told they were in a meeting. I then asked for the corporate office number and she put me on hold and then hung up on me.We are Brick's Smoked Meats in Sarasota FL and I reccomend no one use this company.

Horrendous customer service and a complete lack of accountability from the company. I have sent over 20 emails to them requesting and pleading for help and no one at RTI seems to care or get things done. All that is important to them is getting you off the phone quickly, ignoring emails and wasting money promoting individuals while their customers who pay for such promotions are ignored. I'm glad they don't serve food, it would take you months to receive your order.

I deliver oil there twice a month. The rcvr ia always professional and very nice. He is knowledgeable about procedures and helpful when need be. He makes the delivery smooth and enjoyable. Keep any and all employees like him.
It can be a chore unloading there because it's angled wrong but if we could back onto ramps it would be perfect!

If you work for a restaurant, contact managers/owner/supervisors to stop doing business with this place. They are terrible and rude. Customer service is worst I've ever dealt with. If I could give a zero rating, I certainly would. They need to screen employees before hiring. I talked to "Jessica" and all she could tell me was "I don't know.." If you don't know, then let me talk to someone who does. She was very snotty too. Not professional at all!

Please read. Worst company ever, when you are done with the products they don't pick up the old oil OR GIANT TUBS THAT WASTE 300 Sq FEET. please don't do it. When you call them to pick it up they are rude and talk down to you. Who ever SHE is doesn't care and tells you that you don't know what you are talking about.
