Resurrection Cemetery, founded in 1940, is the largest Catholic cemetery in the Archdiocese and covers several hundred acres of beautiful wooded property. It has been open from Dawn to Dusk, 7 days a week. Over its 85‑year history, more than 50,000 burials have taken place, offering monument and non‑monument graves, above‑ground Mausoleum options, green burial, single depth lawn crypts, estate lots, private family mausoleums, and cremation burial options. A family found this place recommended by a relative for a child’s resting place. When a family member requested a burial location, a staff member answered quickly, explained the flush marker and snow issue, sent a cemetery map, and provided extra directions and landmarks to locate the site. Visitors praise the warm, loving service of the staff and the beautiful, lovely mausoleum, making it a peaceful place to visit and rest.
