Used to love taking my dog here to wash her. However, the place seems to be going down hill. The last 3 times I went, there has been issues. 1st time cash machines were empty so I couldn't get change. 2nd time the vacuum didn't work so I couldn't dry my dog. She has long hair and just using the blower takes forever. 3rd time no shampoo, conditioner, or disinfect. Since I live in Fifty Lakes driving to Merrifield just to find out I have problems sucked. So when I saw they opened one up in Emily I was pumped. We'll, I guess I got excited for nothing. Went there today and guess what. No shampoo, conditioner or disinfect. REALLY WTH!!!!!! Get your act together and run a respectable service or close the doors. Is it really that difficult to maintain a dog washing station? I guess so.

My friend and I went to this laundromat and were faced with non-functioning quarter machines, half of the machines not operating and/or leaking, and NO staff present. Try to avoid this place at all costs!

Expensive for such a SMALL facility. No air conditioning. I had to go outside on a 75+ day to cool off. It’s cheaper in Crosby or Baxter and for the drive and better experience that’s where I will go from now on.

I absolutely LOVE this business! Sherry and Jane and Margie are amazing! The staff are always so happy. Everyone is always willing to help and answer questions! The building is always clean. Just so grateful for you! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing local service!!

Cute little laundromat. Had no issues with any of the equipment. They have plugins near the tables where you sit for power to charge your phone or laptop while you wait for your laundry to finish.Merrifield Location.

I will never go back again to this dog wash again. The shampoo machine did not work correctly and did not have shampoo. The attendant was there when I first arrived but was nowhere to be found when I realized the problems. Wasted way too much money! I went there last year and had trouble with no hot water and no pressure. I wanted to give it another chance. Not recommended by me!

Was as good experience for us and our dog. Clean and easy to use. The vacuum attached could use some service, it's not working really well.
