We just bought a Ford Explorer from them. They seem to be really great and friendly people, and they are very honest. We got a fair trade in and everything was handled very smoothly.

RUN FAST AND FAR FROM THIS DEALER! I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Within 500 miles of me receiving the vehicle it went to the Ford dealership multiple times for check engine lights. That’s not even the worst part. While checking the vehicle out Midwest told me it had no accidents and gave me a false Carfax report showing no accidents on the vehicle. After purchasing it and trying to work through these mechanical issues, I paid for my own Carfax report, and it showed an accident while the vehicle was in Midwests’ possession. These guys come off as a small family owned business but will scam and lie to you. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake! Buyer beware!
UPDATE: I contacted Dustin at Midwest about this issue and he confirmed that HE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE when the accident occurred! They didn’t disclose this accident to me because they felt “The truck was clean when they got it” and that it would’ve been unfair to them to disclose the accident to the buyer. The entire box and rear bumper of the truck were replaced after the accident and again NONE OF IT WAS DISCLOSED TO ME. Midwests solution to this was to tell me my trade in was a bad truck and that there’s absolutely nothing they would do.

I wouldn't even give him a one-star except for I had to just to get on here and write a review of the way that these people like to take advantage of senior citizens the owner was very rude the sun has no knowledge of vehicles tried to tell us that we had a oil leak when it was a power steering leak it clearly just is not trained to be assessing whether vehicle is worth let alone the father just he seen the truck that we traded in and then had all kinds of complaints about it I would steer anybody and everybody away from that place they're not customer service based they need to get out of town

The owners of Midwest Trucks were very easy to work with. I bought a classic Ford pick up that is in beautiful shape! Just received it the night before this review. It was just how they described it! Was very promt when had questions and made the transaction simple and smooth! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy !

I discovered a fantastic 2014 Ram 3500 SRW Mega Cab online, which they showcased with excellent photos and a video. They addressed all my queries, making the 5.5-hour drive well worth it. We found a jeep that looked like what we were looking for on marketplace. My husband drove 2 1/2 hours to go look at it. Not only was it just what we were looking for. It was exceptionally clean and in great condition at a great price! Father and son were very helpful and even put the jeep up in the garage so my husband and friend could look underneath. As it was an extremely cold day. They even delivered it to our home the next day because the banks were closed the day they looked at it! Great service and product! We are so happy we could buy from this small family business.

Great dealership! Was interested in a truck they had. They brought it to my work since I work 7am to 5 pm daily. They were really easy to work with, price was fair. Professionalism and everything about the process was amazing. Highly recommend! Dustin and his dad were amazing!

I reached out to the dealership Monday late afternoon about a pickup they had on their lot. Within 10 minutes I had the information I asked about and a carfax report on the pickup. Very quick and responsive. Today Darin delivered the pickup to my house! What else can anyone ask for? Simple and easy deal! I won't forget these guys when I'm ready to buy again!
