The two gentlemen working on Monday September 1st in the evening were awesome. I stopped to order a pizza and they were swamped! The guy in the deli was upfront and said it would be about an hour. No problem. Left to pick up some other things and returned. He was working non stop and the orders kept coming in. He was very apologetic. Really wish they would pay higher wages to get and keep more help. Please let these two know I appreciated them!

I come in sometimes on week days. The guy who works at the front younger guy around his 20s with curly hair. He is super welcoming and anytime I come in the store is so clean. I have come in the mornings and it’s. Avery uncomfortable experience everyone’s running everywhere and way to many people working at once but packs of stuff laying around and it’s always dirty. Only ever coming in the afternoon the afternoon staff are much more nicer and the atmosphere is better.

Caseys seems to attract a bad element. Young kids, delinquints, . Cónstant revving of engines, sqealing tires, profanity, and harrassing behavior. The employees are constantñy outside hanging around smoking. Seems more like a hang out than a store. I preferr holiday

To your staff on Halloween I know you got slammed I had to wait extra 40 minutes but got a really good pizza worth the wait great job!!

Whoever was working yesterday around 3pm, made one of the best Taco pizzas we've had in a long time! We always order extra sauce, and in the past it didn't happen. Also in the past they were out of tomatoes. But today was a great Taco pizza day, and the guys in the back were super friendly! Good job!! Give them raises! 😄

Update: I was finally able to get through to someone (not sure if it was the original person i spoke to who said there was nothing else they could do), after going through my bank to find out that the refund had been rejected due to invalid card info provided. They finally saw it had in fact been rejected and offered to put funds on my caseys account or a gift card plus a free pizza for the hassle. It took a lot of trouble on my end to get this done and it was apparent they didnt want to actually look into things at first. But in the end i did get a fair solution and am happy with that. Thank you!!***
Well when I came to the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to know I'm not the only one with pizza issues in the recent months. Past orders have not been that great but not worth mentioning. However I drew the line on 7/30. First, our order was supposed to be ready at 5:31pm, my husband did a curbside pickup, and sat there for 20 minutes before going into the store. It would be one thing if they applogized that they were behind on times/orders, because that has happened before and I understand that. The pizzas were ready and the woman simply said "sorry for not bringing it out to him".... was she going to let it sit forever then until he came in? Also our pizzas were completely wrong. Our barbecue chicken pizza was a cross between barbecue chicken and the new bbq pulled pork pizza because it had pickles on it but had the right ingredients otherwise. Which then my daughter, who was very excited about the pizza, wouldn't eat because the pickles made it taste weird. Then the bacon breakfast pizza had every single kind of meat on it. I don't like anything besides bacon. Plus there was so much cheese on the pizzas, it literally got stuck to the boxes. We attempted to eat the pizza however none of us could finish even one piece from either pizza. I'm not sure what happened here but when you spend $40 on food which you don't normally do, it's extremely disappointing. I just threw my money down the garbage essentially because we won't be eating them. Then I contacted customer service to which they said they'd issue a refund which was on August 5th. August 15th comes around and still no refund. They said they processed it on August 8th and there's nothing more they can do on their end. Safe to say they don't actually care about making it right and want to keep their money instead. I will update if I do ever in fact receive the refund. But we're 5 business days later which they said 3-5 and still no refund. Not ordering here again.

I ordered my pizza (4) an hour in advance. 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I finally get it. As I sit in here the 2 people that are making pizzas go out to smoke. My pizza had not even been started. I get that everyone gets a break but both at the same time? Then I listen to the conversation between the 2 guys and I have never heard so much complaining and swearing in the short amount of time I waited. Oh and when one of them came in from their break he didn't bother to wash his hands. The other one when to the rest room so I can only imagine what happened.

Poor management and poor customer service. If you want a pizza made to the wrong order and not on time with employees yelling at each other while customers wait. Then this is a good place to stop.

I ordered food the day ahead for a birthday party for a specific pickup time and the food wasn’t ready until more than an hour after that pickup time. So ridiculous. Never again will I order from Milaca Casey’s. So disappointed, and sadly this is not the first time this has happened.

Taco pizza is slacking these days! Use to be bomb. You get one leaf of shredded lettuce, 2 crushed chips and 5 chunks of tomatoes with mostly crust. Highly disappointed. As locals we probably won't be ordering from this location again. We will take a drive to Ogilvie next time. Hopefully it's better there. Also the store was completely empty of customers yet the outside garbage by the door was overflowing with garbage all over the ground. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures.

Ordered a veggie breakfast pizza, it was made wrong and I'm allergic to one of the ingredients that was accidentally put in there, when we informed them Sean the Shift lead in Kitchen said "he had better things to do than listen to a costumer amd re make a pizza. PROBLEM IS THE INGREDIENT ON THERE I AM ALLERGIC TO, he wouldnt listen then when i called to talk to manager and explain he got back on phone said he made the pizza then knows ham was not on there then back tracked after i said I have pictures that its ham, he then told me he didnt make the pizza and he doesn't have time to listen to this, not to ever order again and hung up on me. Bad customer service and didnt care I was allergic or took the time to listen
