Formerly I posted a one star review on some very poor service. Since the review, Chapman’s sent a note thanking me for business, though not directly addressing my concerns. I can appreciate the gesture (that’s why I’ve edited the review and removed specifics) but would still recommend Hy-Tech over Chapman’s.

George and his team are AMAZING. Chapman's Auto provides excellent customer service and trustworthy auto repairs. They will get your vehicle back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this auto shop!

I was impressed with how fast they were able to fit me in for an oil change appt. I wasn't impressed with the upcharge for the oil. Hytech was $56. Chapman's was $130 for the same type of oil. Why can I buy 5 qts of oil for $30 @ Auto store but they charged me $86 for 6 qts. I'll definitely not go back.

Chapman's is a great repair shop. This is the third time we have gone to them for repairs or Maintenance. They are very efficient, get us taken care of in a timely manner and they are very responsible in their pricing. Highly recommend!

They charged me 1200 dollars and didn't even fix the problem had to get it towed to chevy dealership from there repair shop and it cost me another 700 dollars because chapman broke the connector. DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE A JOKE
