I want to highlight the great service I have received from Kim Porter over the years. She has been so patient in explaining my policy, choices and how everything works. She is friendly and has been so very helpful. I never get off the phone feeling like I needed more that what needed or wanted to know and always feel welcome to call back if needed. We always get a few good laughs in our conversations too and who doesn't need that with all of the other stress in life.
