Bought a Chevy Traverse, 3 weeks later took it in for service, shop ran a scan and it showed 11 issues with the motor, from cam shaft to general maintance neglect. Dealership told us they sold and bought it from a lady locally. Our shop told us that there was no way they shouldn't have known the engine was trashed.

My wife and I had a very nice experience at milaca Motors. We dealt with Michela, I hope I spelled it right, and she was a pleasure to talk to and just prime example of how sales people should be. THANKS

I didn't buy a car from them and the problem I had had NOTHING to do with them or any vehicle Milaca Motors sold to me. However, they were a huge help. It was 8 p.m. on a Thursday evening and my undercarriage shield started dragging on the ground. I was stuck an hour from home and an hour from where I needed to be. Any other solution would have taken a few hours to resolve the issue. Instead, I was lucky that someone was at the dealership. She brought cardboard for us to lie on, provided some zip ties and a flashlight, as well as some "buttons" to keep the shield from falling down. I'm SO grateful! Thank you!

Day of test drive and purchase blinker didn’t work and they replaced bulb. Week after buying front drivers bearing went out. Year after purchase rear drivers suspension broke loose from frame and passenger side frame cracked half way bottom to top when being lifted on hoist for tire replacement on a 2004 ranger with 66,180 miles. If buying from here be sure to bring to mechanic on hoist to check it out. Mechanic today said at closer look they saw the gas tank was welded up.

Just bought a nice 2002 S-10 with a plow. Rock Bottom Ron as he is known to me. No need to dicker. Very transparent dealer. He allowed me time to complete purchase after I took the truck home. Yes, there were somethings that needed attention but it's my job to check air in tires etc. Yeah, it was out of washer fluid too. Oh, heavens.Funny how folks lament after a large purchase. We bought a house and I had such buyers remorse I complained to the realtor and got really upset. I thought I had been cheated. Finally she told me "you wouldn't have gotten it for that price" dufus. We sold it after 13 years and we came to love that VERY house so much. It makes me cry to think what I put that realtor thru. Just a little time ago I would have had to go thru a type of auction. Don't you believe in Providence? Milaca is along way from Fridley but it's worth the drive

They post used vehicles 2-3k over book and get mad when you make a fair offer.

If I could go lower with this review I would, don't buy from them because they will never stand behind the vehicle you buy from them, horrible, horrible, horrible!

Extremely accommodating. Drove from nearly 2 hrs away and took good care of us. Would deff return for our next vehicle purchase, with 5 kids it wont be long! The hubby was very impressed by his selection of sweet square body chevy trucks available in great condition.

Not a happy customer, was told oil guage didn't work. Said his mechanic fixed it. He said he had ran this truck several times going places and there was nothing wrong with it. What he failed to say was there's only 3psi oil pressure! When engine is hot it wouldn't alarm. Woke up next day to drive car and everything was going off in car. And no oil pressure warning. Ended up putting a oil pump in it. He lied right to my face

Update 2.0 : car throwing more codes after a couple months now torque converter is making whining noise and catalytic converter is clogged up engine must be pulled out to fix. 0 Stars, They Act Alone As A Mob, They Manipulate u into thinging some imaginary person runs the place. They stare at you like they don't want you to test drive or look at the vehicles before buying. Ron Clears the Codes before he sells you his vehicles. The Engine & other dash lights will come on soon after you bought your new vehicle. Do your self a favor and buy a scanner save yourself $xx,xxxx in repairs keep it plugged in when test driving. Also look at the sub total on the paperwork before paying them, because they will round up to the nearest hundred, I was screwed 70 dollars & they told it came out to a even number on top of that a vehicle that needs a bunch of motor work with a hefty inflated price costing 3 x as much as it should of. If You Confront them Ron Will Spaz On You. Will proceed to update

Spoke with friends and read the reviews regarding Milaca Motors...I will never bring my business there. This is a very hostile and derogatory place.

Always a great experience. Have bought from them before and felt good about our purchase.

This dealership doesn’t even deserve one star… the owner specifically needs an attitude adjustment and to pursue another career. Heck just retire. If you’re that easily tempered, and cannot conduct yourself in a professional manner without cussing at a customer that just purchased a car from you. You have really lost your mind. A report with the BBB is the right place to start.
