I bought an older suburban from Rich sight unseen just over the phone and extensive pictures and researching. It was what I was looking for. It wasn’t cheap but these are becoming rare especially with lower mileage and in good condition. Rich shipped it out to me in Wis, everything worked great. I had a few issues that needed to be addressed that I wasn’t aware
of. So after paying more money to make these repairs in my area, I called Rich about it. He told me he would pay 1/2 the bill which I showed him. And he did and this was about 3 months later. I gotta say, I’m very impressed with Rich and his son and their honesty and character. Without hesitation I would deal with Rich and wheelco. These are good honest people. Thanks guys.

Because of the other great reviews I decided to shop at Milaca Wheel-Co. I am glad I did. Just as others have said, honest, straightforward, and went the extra mile to make sure all was taken care of. Sure, you are buying a used vehicle and there may be some things to take care of when you get home, such as the hose from the washer fluid was leaking on mine (now that's a tough one to find when looking a vehicle over before purchase), but they had done their best to find and fix what was needed before my purchase. Thanks Mitch, great service.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle online. Mitch and Ritch were responsive, knowledgeable, and super accommodating. They took the anxiety out of the car-buying process. They will take care of you.

Mitch was great to work with. The lemon squad appt took longer than expected, and when they found a small transmission line leak, Mitch had it fixed promptly without question.
When it came to payment, my bank would not complete a wire transfer for me, so I had to mail a hard check, and even though I sent it certified, it never made it to the dealer. So, I overnighted another check via FedEx. Mitch was patient with me throughout these setbacks, kept the truck on hold for me the entire time, and was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. The shipping cost through Milaca's broker was competitively priced as well. I would definitely do business with Mitch and Milaca Wheel-Co again!

You remember 20 years ago when the car salesman actually cared about your experience? Well I just relieved the entire experience! I call about a van they had forsale 6 days ago,they sent me everything I ask for answered everything I needed! Mind you I live 850 miles away,I was hesitant about this because I have never bought a vehicle site unseen 850 miles away! They arranged shipping and 6 days later my mint condition van is in my garage exactly as they described it! I couldn't be happier with the experience of you gave me the van! I highly recommend them and for you out of state people do not fret you are in the perfect hands! Thank you Mitch for being a man of your word and providing a excellent experience!

Working with Mitch and Rich was a pleasure - Mitch was prompt, honest, and fair. Took several photos and videos to make sure I knew every detail of the truck. They shot me a fair deal from the start on my trade and made sure our dealings were complete before they negotiated with another buyer, and we ended up making a deal. I drove 5 hours and was not disappointed. This is a first-class, personable dealership. They did everything right - strongly recommend.

this was an heart warming experience. we are from small country called republic of georgia. Currently I am dispatcher at my fathers company in usa, i am 21 years old third year law student. When we arrived richard tipped 60 extra$ my drivers name is Valiko and he almost cried , every $ is important for us , its hard time.
