“I couldn't have asked for a better experience from day one! I went in there right away telling them about what disappointments I had when touring and speaking with other establishments and how poor they were with their communication and return calls and emails and Northern Lights was the complete opposite. Every time I asked her (Bryony) something she was back with the answer in an email that day or the next day. She always had the information I wanted and valuable extra information she thought I might want. Their professionalism was excellent and they were very kind, patient and polite with me. One thing that meant a lot to me was when I initially signed I mentioned that wedding planning was not something I was real excited about doing because both my parents were deceased and I didn't really want a big wedding but my fiancée wanted it so I was going along with it for him. She told me she would help make it fun and she did help a lot and was very sensitive to that along the way which meant so much. They are very detail oriented in the planning and keep checking on items that need to be done without hounding you. The venue is beautiful and well kept for a reasonable price. The food was excellent. We received rave reviews. Our guests told us it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had! Thanks Wendy and staff for that! Especially the roast beef which is usually dry! The day of wedding planner was very helpful and receptive to our needs. She was very easy to find if we needed her which was very little. She was usually looking for us to ask if we were ok or needed anything. The servers and barstaff were friendly and polite. I have not one complaint about this place. We both said that. Not that we were looking for one but we couldn't find one in the overall experience. Top notch!”
