Horrible! I called customer service and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up. They apparently do not care.

Bellacor effectively ruined Christmas. My order was canceled with out any notification.My package was scheduled to arrive on dec 19th, it never showed up so I called customer service today and they told me they told me “the vendor canceled the order.” No email, no refund was issued, nothing. They probably would have not said anything if I had not called. This is an awful way to run a business and now 4 days till Christmas I am out $300 and my partner will not be receiving a gift. Way to go Bellacor.FOR YOUR OWN GOOD NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

When I placed an order for a ceiling fan, I also ordered a matching downrod in the exact "heritage brass" as the fan. We were passed the 30 day return policy before we were able to hang the fan, since our home was not complete. When we were putting the downrod on the fan, we discovered that it was not the correct size. It was not stated on the website that you should make sure it is the same brand as the fan to ensure it would fit. Upon contacting customer service, Selena, informed me that we needed to call the company to ensure it would fit. Of course, we would have never expected that, since it was from the same website. Also, usually downrods are a standard size, at least ones we've purchased in the past. When I was trying to tell her they needed to plainly state that so it doesn't happen to others, she completely spoke over me to reprimand me for not contacting the company first. I do realize that had I opened it before the 30 day return policy, I would have been able to return it and receive the correct product, but she was completely rude about it. Nice product, but customer service could be improved.

Nice product, great price. Needed customer service as only one of two candlesticks were drop shipped to me. Took a couple calls to resolve more promptly, but they really came through and I received the second one by the next day.

Great selection, arrived quickly, loved the quality for value. Unfortunately, product didn't fit space and had to pay 54$ to return 4 sconces that were 118$ each. Ouch...Hesitant to purchase here again without proof positive item fits. In a new age of ordering to try-on, and returns are free, I was shocked learn of the return fee. I will read more carefully next time...my bad

I ordered a chair from Bellacor. It came damaged. I called and they said the shipper will contact me within 10 days to pick up chair. If they did not call I could dispose of the chair myself. I was also told I would receive my refund of over $500 within 10 business days. It has been 17 days and no refund! Disappointed to say the least. My next step is to dispute the charge.

I am professional builder and had a customer looking for Shoji screen doors for their home. I placed an order on August 1, 2022. The item was not in stock but the website and the order confirmation email indicated an estimated delivery date of September 23. No problem. I assumed the item was coming from overseas and with the supply chain problems was aware there could be some delays.I received several follow up emails pushing deliver back from to November 18, December 3, December 19, January 7. The project was completed back in September but the customer was patient.On December 22nd I received another delay notice pushing deliver back to February 4th. At this point my customer has chosen to find another supplier, so I requested to cancel the order and a refund. I attempted to call the company but the website indicated there was phone outage, so I send an email to customer service. The refund was refused. The following day I received and email indicated the item was being shipped with no delivery date.So after four and half months, an item I no longer need is being shipped to me and I will have to go through the process of shipping the item back and fighting for refund. Obviously, doing business with Bellacor will no longer be and option for me or my customers.

The mailbox is all that we envisioned, it was expensive, but worth every penny. It installation shows a grandeur which makes a statement to everyone who passes by. We have recieved many compliments, though we believe it compliments our plan to renovate and upgrade our 4,000 sq. FT home.We are very pleased with this improvement.
