This review is about the online service (not this store but I have to post it somewhere so people can see my experience and be warned)
There is nothing “risk free” about trying there service I bought a phone and a plan with the new iPhone 16 pro max and it was absolutely horrible the people I was calling couldn’t hear me and I was breaking up to them. First putting my life in danger if there was an emergency who’s to say anyone would hear me.
I decided it wasn’t good for me so I started the process to return the phone with enough time before my 30 day deadline. They purposely waited until the 30 days had past to finally send me the email I needed to use to send it back. I had to pay for shipping and supplies to send it back! Then after they got the phone they refunded the money I put towards the phone to my boost “account” . I DIDNT HAVE AN ACTIVE NUMBER WITH THEM NOR COULD I DO ANYTHING ON THE WEBSITE WITH MY “ACCOUNT”. So eventually after contacting the BBB I get the money back in my bank and now ever since I have been getting fraud alerts for them trying to charge me $1000 for the phone I dont have and returned to them. This was an overall horrible experience. Not to mention every day while my phone was being shipped back to them they where trying to charge me different amounts for the phone bill.

Today I received the BEST SERVICE EVER from Ezel!!! Let me tell you this man is literally 5 people in one! He gets the job done efficiently and effectively!! I would recommend anyone going to the boost store on 7631 West Broadway in Brooklyn Park in the starlight center best customer service ever.. they also have nice phones and accessories the store is very clean very nice atmosphere.. THANK YOU SO MUCH Ezel!!!
