Had such a great experience today with Wendy! Brought my mom in for ear piercing and Wendy was so patient and thoughtful when discussing options for placement with us. Mom left very happy!Thank you so much!

We forgot the pierced ear solution at home 5 hours away. Lady only had the same bottle we already had at home. Was hoping to have a sample size bottle.

Loved bringing my niece in to buy her own jewelry, prices are cheap and there's always some kind of sale going on. Lots of cute stuff for kids.

Pretty basic store. Great for taking your daughter to buy earrings.

Very clean and attentive staff. This particular mall (Mall of America) has more than 1 Claire's. I'm not sure which location we visited but in comparison to the other Claire's we passed, we were at the smaller one. We recieved an ear piercing starter kit for freshly pierced ears. Very clean and sterilized. Very clear after care directions were explained.

I took my seven old daughter into here today. She was in love with everything. I thought for sure she would get everything for herself. But no, she bought things for her friends instead. I have the sweetest little girl?

Customer service lacks in this facility and staff need to be trained or retrained on how to acknowledge potential customers. The long and short of it was I walked out. I was not about to have this dismissive 17 or 18 yr old get anywhere near my body for any piercing after she demonstrated a lack of respect. She didn't acknowledge my presence nor my friend who was 2 ft away from her. I went there with the intent of getting some 2nd piercings and the young girl in the store was beyond rude in a covert yet overt way. How can that be you say? There were no customers other than me and my friend who walked in. I walked straight to the ear piercing stand and waited. My friend walked about. The young lady did not query for our need for assistance. She was stocking product in the center of the store. I said excuse me after about 3 to 4 minutes of waiting. It was then she peeked her head around the jewelry and said what?! She went back to working. I walked out of the store and waited for my friend. Then the young lady said can I help you. I said no thank you. No, I can help you. Again I said I'm good. No thank you. Are you sure? Now I felt badgered. I think my three or four responses were clear that I was done..The existence of a black woman at 50 yrs old encountering this throughout my life where I ask myself is this an issue of bias or prejudice sucks. Or is it an issue of blatant disregard for a potential paying customer. The degree of assertiveness to serve me after the fact was perplexing almost as if she was wielding her "power" for me to acquiesce to her readiness to serve me on her terms. I have too much self-respect to be treated any kind of way. Periodt.

My ear piercings were done here a couple years ago, constantly infected and when I took them out almost 5 months later to change the jewelry the hole closed almost immediately after. Go to a professional piercer
