Paul is a fantastic landlord, kind, understanding and the first human landlord I have had. Maintenance was very responsive and polite. The apartment was in a great location at a great monthly rate!

I’ve lived here for about a year and had nothing but positive experiences. Maintenance is fast and reliable . My apartment was clean and kept up . Very affordable and understanding staff .

The management and staff are exceptional. If you're a good human being, they'll treat you well. I'm not even that and they still treat me like a king. I'd go with TCC again in a heartbeat if they had apartments where I was moving to!
