I was happy, about getting new jibbitz, for my Crocs. However there were kids running around. And being incredibly annoying. And people were taking too long at the jibbitz station. But that's not the store's fault. That's the people's faults. it was an alright experience

Went there yesterday with my son and my mom to check it out. My son wanted Crocs and I have no clue of the sizing or how it should fit (I'm not into those personally). I had a wild child on hand and was struggling to put merchandise back where it belongs and being respectful. None of the salespeople came and ask if we had any questions or help but glare as if they worked at a luxury store and chatting amongst themselves. I just left cause 1-my intention was to research what I may need to buy in the future. 2-my hyper child and 3-the lack of customer service. I feel so disrespected and I can imagine the many others receive the same end for just plastic footwear.

Strong in the Force, my search for new Crocs was. Yet, upon entering this temple of comfort, a disturbance I sensed. Sizes plentiful for padawans and knights of lesser foot, but for masters whose step is great—scarce, the options were.
Size 13 and below, abundant as stars in the galaxy. But for those who walk the path of size 14 or 15, the selection was as elusive as a hidden Sith lord. Disappointed, yet not angered—for a Jedi knows patience.
Store, well-kept. If the Crocs you seek are of common size, fulfilled your quest shall be. But for those of grander stride, another system may you search.
The Force is with them, but in larger sizes, strong it is not.

Eric literally changed my life. He is SO kind, SO helpful and helped deepen my love for crocs. He upsold us on a package, but I didn't even care. Since it was Eric who sold it to us, it made it worth it. A little mystery croc gem package was just what I needed. Even though he couldn't find my size in the crocs I wanted, I still left happy. Never get rid of Eric. Every croc store needs and Eric. Every person needs an Eric. 1,000/10
PS don't pass on the croc shine. Eric sold us on that, too

Had a lovely shopping Experience. The sales associate Rae was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Visiting the Crocs Store at Mall of America..ask for Rae.

I went to the Crocs store at MOA on a very busy Saturday. Even though the store was packed and multiple people were clamoring for attention, Naomi took the time to find the size I needed in the style I wanted. She is a STAR IMHO and I’m grateful for her! THANK YOU, NAOMI!!!
