Excellent service, great products. Helped a family member pick out a custom award to recognize a member of a town board who was completing their term after 20+ years of service. Found the right award with assistance from Crown’s staff, customization was quick and communication re when it was ready for pick ip was great.

Now, this company cares for their community. During the time of COVID19 they're making ear savers for police, fire and healthcare workers. The fact that I was able to get a good amount for the clinic I work for was outstanding. They do curbside pickup and their communication is fluid. I recommend this place if your ever looking to support local or giving someone any reward. These companies matter and stand out.

This location is incredible! I get a trophy engraved annually and this team makes it so simple and quick to get the new recipient added to the trophy. The engraving itself is affordable and, again, only takes a few business days. Just drop it off, let the team know what you want on the engraved, pay (they accept card payments), and they'll call you when it's ready! If you are nearby and need engraving services - I highly recommend Crown Trophy - Bloomington.

We cannot thank Crown Trophy in Bloomington enough! They bailed our Squirt hockey team out of a tough situation. If you have a hockey player you know how important pin trading is at the big Fargo tournament... After finding out our pin order was stuck in China and wasn't going to be delivered until after our tournament - Crown Trophy came to our rescue! They produced 600 custom pins in less than 24 hours! They made 16 young men super happy! Again - we can't thank you enough!

I placed a recent rush order with them and they were happy to accommodate. Unfortunately the order had some issues. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately corrected (same day correction) and also provided items for our annual order for next year. Issues happen and how it is handled is what makes the difference. I was very impressed with their reaction. They will be my go to for any future needs!
