They helped me pick out the perfect band and black diamond combination. Since it was close to the holidays, the timing was a bit tight. Luckily, the band and diamond came a week before our trip to Switzerland (which is where I planned to pop the question). The team at Jared's was in constant communication with me, and I was able to pick it up with a few days to spare!My significant other "knew" something was up, but obliged my secretiveness. I managed to keep the ring hidden until we got to the dock at Lake Brienz where our favorite K-drama, Crash Landing On You, filmed that famous dock scene where he played the piano (if you know, you know).There were only a few couples ahead of us and none behind us as we waited (I was shaking). The sun was setting as our turn came up. The couple ahead of us was from New York, and since no one was behind us, they decided to sit back and wait to take more after we were finished.We took our pictures (with the help of the other couple), and when we were satisfied with our photos, my significant other asked if we were done. That is when I took her by the hands and told her that there was one more we needed to take. When she looked at me questioningly, I whispered, "this is it, baby," at which point she immediately started crying. The other couple picked up on what was happening right away and started recording and taking photos, which is where I got the attached (that's right, the photos are of the real moment!).I do not remember much of what I said; only that I gripped the ring tight so it would not fall between the cracks of the dock. This moment could literally not have been more perfect. Thank you Jared for making this moment possible.She said yes by the way.

Mattie was absolutely wonderful! I had a specific “ask” and she was kind and helpful! Also helpful in the store were Jeff and Tina! Honestly, it’s like family! Thank you!

Loved our experience here with Tina! She was super knowledgeable and helpful. I LOVE that she took time to know us so she can help us find the perfect engagement ring! I have went to other Jared's in other locations and all the sales associates tries to shove the custom 3d print settings down my throat and I'm so grateful that Tina did not do that she never pressured us and was very supportive. Literally the best consultant to work with! 12 out 10 would recommend Tina ❤️ (I been wearing my ring so it's a bit dirty oops ?)

Here's my experience with Jef. Yea sure, a nice guy in person. But literally the worst service! Picked a ring setting to go with my diamond, was told they'll get back to me within a couple of days. I asked to do that thru email, as i was going out of the country. Radio silence afterwards. Came back into the country( a month later). called Jef to inquire and asked why he never got back to me. He said oh sorry, could you remind me what ring that was again. i don't have anything on file. I was honestly left speechless. But i said, that's okay mistakes happen. I stopped by the store and spoke with Jef. Picked another ring setting and was told, I'll receive a call within a couple of days. Aaaand yeup, you guessed it. Radio silence again. Called multiple times afterwards (he was never available for some reason) left multiple messages to receive a call back and nothing!. I finally had enough with them and did some research and found a small business Jeweler and literally couldn't be any happier! And i quote him *this is supposed to be a fun purchase, it shouldn't be stressful*. Jef at Jared made it absolutely stressful and i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY and save yourself the headache and possibly some $$ along the way

Xavier is my sales associate/assistant while I visited a couple times in this store. His service is top tier! Very respectful, kind, and patient to me even though I did not spent a ton like most other people do in this kind of high end jewelry store. My only complaint (the reason of giving 4 star) is they scratched my lab-created ruby stone while changing ring settings. I doubted if Jared’s lab created ruby ring was really ruby to begin with. They offered a solution saying if I keep the new ring setting, they could replace the stone for me. But since the ring setting is very uncomfortable to wear, I had to return the setting. ?but I lost my original ring setting, which came with the scratched ruby stone originally. Now I have a scratched ruby stone and no ring setting ?. Not Xavier’s fault but the person who handled the resizing of rings.

Really great experience. Jef was so great. He helped find a watch for our daughter and then helped us build a great new wedding band. He was so informative and helpful. We would certainly go back for anything we need.

Xavier was phenomenal!!! I have been to at least 7 different jewelers and left unhappy not finding my ring. He went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted.

My husband and I have had terrible experiences every time we have been to Jared Edina. The first time we went to resize my engagement ring, they thinned it out to a point that it cracked in half and their only option to fix it was coat it with a bit of additional material, saying that it might break again. We ended up sending it in to James Allen (ring manufacturer) to get replated and re-set with a new band. The second time we went to get my engagement ring cleaned, they handed it back to me and I before leaving the store, I realized two diamonds were missing. They didn't think to take a look at the ring prior and inspect if it was still intact? They apologize and seemed frustrated that we even noticed that two diamonds were missing and requested that they be fixed. All in all, we will never be going back.

Great customer service!. The Assistant Manager Jeff was amazing!. He helped my fiance and I to choose our wedding rings and gave us great recommendations. The service that we recieved from this location is top-notch!. Thank You!
