In regards to the sleep clinic. If you want to be on hold for more than hour then this is the place for you! If you want to be transferred to the wrong specialties, this is the place for you! Nurses and schedulers are incompetent. After repeated requests they still do not have my medical records up to date let alone correct. Hold times are lies, the call system is a joke. The only good thing about the sleep clinic is nurse practitioner Donna Wallace. She is incredible and the only reason I am still going here for treatment.

People are nice, but scheduling is a total joke. I knew without talking to any doctor that I had severe sleep apnea. I have videos of myself gasping for air in my sleep, but still had to go through the process like everyone else. Fine, not a big deal but why does it take 10 months to get equipment? This process is so drawn out, its unbelievable. I think I even had a single appointment where they explained sleep apnea. Like I know what it is, why am I here? It took me a month to get this appointment from my original appointment and now i have to wait another month and a half for the next appointment? Then I got my equipment, I was referred to corner home medical, but they made my next appointment in house, where I did get my equipment, then when I had yet another appointment the doctor asked about corner home medical and it was like what do you mean, i got my stuff here? Just a few doors down from this room.
Ive also placed 2 orders for replacements through their equipment website and both have been wrong.
I had some appointments here and some in Burnsville.

The staff here are personable and always welcome you with a smile. My doctor and PA take the time to do a thorough evaluation and tailor my care plan to give me the highest quality of life.

NO STARS IS NEEDED AS AN OPTION HERE!!!! Or negative stars!!!!Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service, actually you can not call it Customer Service, it more like for them this type of attitude; "You are lucky just to speak to me." Unfortunately the only speaking you will do with these inconsiderate people is if you go into the CPAP store locations. Why? Because if you call you will be forced on a 20 minute hold to talk with a live person, so I just hang up. Why? Because I have called there for years and have rarely ever spoken to someone on the phone. Then: If you leave a voice message they answer in two weeks????? I have proof of this. Its outrageous. This place is a joke. I have complained multiple times about people working here and nothing happens. Office Manager is a joke, doesn't answer emails or phone messages, everyone here is a joke. The best part is that you get charged about a 1000% over the actual price of machines and products and yes that's with Insurance coverage. I have had multiple issues with my machine and was sold defective products but they don't care. See avoidance is protocol for them, they avoid you for 30 days so you can not return defective products. Here is your solution: First: DO NOT USE THIS STORE.Second: Go online to Google and shop for CPAP supplies from there and then use your receipt to send in to HSA for reimbursement. It will be a lot cheaper!!!!Third: NEVER EVER, EVER, USE THIS STORE.

Takes a long time - several months - to get a follow up appointment for anything. I did a sleep study last summer. I got a CPAP machine in January 31st.after going to different provider..my follow up is May for the CPAP.You need to use nurse line or sleep educator when calling because it's first time with diagnosis - you need help. You will leave voicemails for them to call you back -its busy. Also get books to read up on topic, watch YouTube videos, use the app. Visit National Sleep Foundation website.Prepare a list of questions for your visits because you might not see your provider again for several months.I understand now why people stop CPAP - between getting machine and your first follow up is 4 to 5 months.Follow up for other sleep disorder are like 3 months.

This was better than I could have expected. I have anxiety when I go to doctors offices and everyone there put me at ease. I highly recommend seeing Dr Harmon if you have any kind of sleep issues. I would recommend the sleep Center to anyone who has sleep issues

I had a wonderful experience in the Orthotics & Prosthetics department. Katherine was great with my child and took the time to answer all of my questions!
I also had a great experience with one of the lactation consultants!

Service was average. The tech who looked at my son seems he wasn't in a good mood. Having a bad day may be. Anyway we were in and out. Didn't take long to get service

Waited in line but it turned out I had went to the wrong hospital for an appointment so when exiting the parking lot I was told I had pay still. Parking is free for about 15 mins and the lady said I was there for 17 (keep in mind I was in line!) Never coming back for anything ever again, so rude.

Couldn't be happier with the Pulmonary Medicine dept.'s care for my Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). All of the staff were friendly and really seemed to enjoy what they do. I saw Dory L Neurock, and she was awesome. Took time to talk through my sleep issues, answered all of my questions, and wasn't dismissive when I informed her that I'd probably be buying my equipment online (unlike some other sleep institutes in MN). She's very personable, and ensured that I understood everything we were discussing.

Fiance scheduled an endoscopy and asked if there was any prep she had to do before the procedure - front desk specially said, "no".Come day of procedure and nurse runs through list of questions on no food/drink which surprised both her and fiance that no one provided instructions. Waste of everyone's time because of lack of care during scheduling.

Saw Jeremy Lane; he was very attentive, a very nice man, good practitioner. But trying to call his office was a pain because the receptionist was very rude.

I highly recommend Dr. Sue Ravenscraft! She first saw me three times in Methodist Hospital and was extremely diligent about finding out what was wrong with me. She got an infectious disease doctor involved and I was finally diagnosed with a fungal lung infection. I am currently seeing her as a patient and she continues to be as warm and caring as she was in the hospital. She takes her time with you and strives to make a personal connection. I feel I am in super capable hands with a kindhearted doctor.
