Just came from the MinuteClinic here. The nurse there was very rude. I did not have an appointment because I had made an appointment earlier that day and my insurance didn’t cover virtual appointments. It says online that there are no appointments necessary and walk-ins are welcome. she saw me in instead of saying hello or being polite. She said what are you doing here as if I’m an invader. She kept cutting me off and I said I’m a walk in and she said well we don’t have any appointments left for today and I should have seen that but am I crazy? Is that not why they have walked in welcome on the website? Anyway, she was short beyond middle aged short gray hair. I don’t wanna say she was rude because I was black, but it seemed like she was being extremely short with me for no apparent reason and I could barely get in a word. I will not be back to this location. I’m already sick and miserable and didn’t appreciate this interaction on top of everything. She needs to learn some customer service.

went there for my daughter to get tested for strep. nobody in the waiting area nobody in the patient room. Was told no walk ins today only scheduled appointments

The Physicians Assistant working in the clinic yesterday was so helpful to me. She really went out of her way making calls, going to the pharmacy in the store and going online to track down important information I needed regarding an appointment I had. I would definitely feel comfortable under her
care.

Rude nurse, but doctor was nice. Missed my tonsilitis diagnosis. Turned into peritonsillar abscess. Had to go to the ER. Now, I might have to go back to the ER again because they were unable to drain it the first time. I could have avoided all of this extreme pain, difficulty swallowing water, and probably a lot of money from the ER bills if they would have just prescribed me antibiotics.

I took my daughter here a few days ago for ear leakage that she’s never had before. The doctor continuously said “I think” through out the whole appointment. Instead of saying she didn’t know she said said it was swimmers ear. She said the drops “should” help in 24 hours I could tell she really wasn’t sure. My daughter was in even more pain after the drops they did absolutely nothing. We finally got in to her normal clinic it took him 10 seconds to say exactly what was wrong and give her antibiotics. She was feeling better in less than 2 hours but had to go through days of pain because the doctor didn’t simply say she wasn’t sure!

Made an online appointment to get a covid booster. Waited 30 minutes past the appointment time just to be told she wouldn't give me the booster. Don't bother going to this place.

I went in for a inner ear infection and now left with a outter one too gotten completely complicated after I got prescribed drops and made my infection twice as worse I have to take strong medications now after going to the Urgent care and hoping I heal properly from my ears JUST GO TO THE URGENT CARE PLEASE

This place doesn’t keep appointments even within 5 minutes. First, they said it is a walk in clinic and when I arrived there , I was told to make an appointment. Then after arriving within 5 minutes of my scheduled time, they didn’t let me in. When I asked why, the lady was so rude that she basically told me that she won’t provide service to me . I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and customer service. I was able to find another walk in on the same day. I would advice you to stay away from this clinic. Bad and rude

Had an appointment. Was not informed until we got here that the appointment was cancelled because the nurse isn't here. Made no effort to reschedule or rectify. Clearly no care about customers.

Took my son here because he complained about ear pain, and I figured it might be an ear infection and he may need some antibiotics, so I thought maybe it would be ideal to come here since it would be a shorter wait time than going to urgent care or the ER. We registered for an appointment and had to wait about a half hour to get called in. Once the doctor calls us in, she briefly checks inside his ear, says it’s fine and rushed us out of the clinic. We go home and a few hours later, he is screaming in pain, so we rush to urgent care and come to find out that it was a terrible ear infection. The nurse who checked his ear told us had we waited until the next day, the infection could have done severe damage to his ear. Not sure how or why the doctor missed that, but one thing I know for sure I wouldn’t waste my time or money going back to this place.
