Got a fill and he left green nail polish on my nails from my old set. He was too busy watching a movie on his phone instead of doing my nails.

We go here regularly and normally like it. However, I wouldn't make a reservation. we waited forty five minutes after arriving and then didn't get the services we actually wanted.

I’ve been to NK Spa Nails a few times now for both manicures and pedicures, and each visit has been a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional, which makes a big difference. Every service I’ve received has been gentle, thorough, and done with great care. The salon itself is clean, quiet, and has a fresh, calming atmosphere—perfect for relaxing and treating yourself. It’s truly a lovely spot for a professional mani-pedi. Highly recommend!

I got a pedicure here today by the owner as they were busy, but he did a poor hurry-up job on my toenails and did not cut them down the way they should have been cut. I have gone there before but this is the last time. I will find somewhere else to take my business.

I went in here yesterday for my first full set of gel nails. I've been a chronic nail biter for years, but recently got a new job and wanted to recommit myself to not biting anymore. I was able to get in and start being seen within 15 minutes, and the whole appointment lasted around an hour tops which was appreciated as I was in a rush. To be fair, I'm very new to fake nails, so how they look by professional standards is beyond me, but I like them! I'm bummed she wouldn't try the rose design I brought, but I went with a pretty mint green ombre instead.
I thought it was strange that their current prices aren't listed online. Here's a photo of their current prices from inside the salon. It didn't mention ombre prices, so I've added it on for then. The quality definitely might vary for ombres since they're not listed normally. It didn't seem like something they don't often based on two other nail techs coming over to watch the process.
Requested style: Ombre effect.

I’m so incredibly disappointed that I have to write this review, as I’ve been a long standing patron of NK nails.
I was in need of acrylic nail removal due to breaking of a nail and was going to fix with gel manicure after. The gentleman that was providing the service was very quick to clip my nails without paying attention to what was my real nail vs not.
Then came the first pinky nail… OUCH. Cut and ripped hard - bleeding deep down my nail bed.. the gentleman was oblivious that this what you could consider an act of torture, pulling back someone’s nail bed the way it was so aggressively yanked on.
After a few minutes, acknowledgement kicked in and his first response was, “did that hurt?”
He proceeds to be somewhat more cautious but as he goes to my other pinky nail, he cuts straight down the middle of my real nail - again now into the nail bed.. another finger ruined. NOW, he’s more attentive to not egregiously cutting my nails… and then I get an apology, after all my nails have been butchered.
I politely declined a manicure from this gentleman because the trauma of this experience was enough to be done. Holding back tears I simply asked him to file my nails in cleaning up the massacre of what was left.
Not wanting to stay any longer, I said goodbye to mother who was also being taken care of for her own mani/pedi. Speaking very clearly in front of her technician - I received the removal only. It was $15. That’s all that needed to be paid because he didn’t have enough remorse to say we’re good, I’m so sorry.
Lo and behold - where the immense frustrations and disappointment set in - is when this technician has the audacity to charge my mother for a manicure and acrylic removal.
I hope the charge for the lack of manicure was worth losing two loyal patrons and this review that I hope follows you.
Respectfully, I hope no one else has to experience what I was put through.
Best of luck to some wonderful technicians there… because I know I have experienced many wonderful times there - but this was enough to wash my hands of NK nails.

I tried to see if I would have a good experience but no I was wrong . I asked for acrylic toe nails since the beginning and they said 37 total she proceeded with my toes and didn’t add the acrylic all of a sudden everyone didn’t know what I was talking about .some guy comes up and said 40 for each toe .long story short it was embarrassing and not good customer service

Started going here as it was only a block from my home. Have gone here for a few years, but I stopped going here and started going to ocean dreams just down the road. Got tired of the attitude of the man that runs the place. He seems to think he can do nails, but he is a hack. The whole place has just an odd vibe to it

As long as don’t go in right before closing (I made that mistake only once!) this has been the only nail salon on my list for the past few years. It helps to call ahead, but not necessary, although it helps and will guarantee you a time. After many years of working under the glitz and glamour of the bright lights in the serving industry, the years of floating likes butterfly over the rough and soiled restaurant linoleum has taken a toll on both my soul and soles. I had to find out the hard way that they do, actually, make fake press-on toenails as the disfigured shell of my top dog seemed to be rendered UNREPAIRABLE! until, that is, I entered NK Spa Nails. There, sinking them into small healing pool and leaning back into the arms of my oversized masseuse, I let them take care of them both. My technician took her time, worked some kind of nail lady magic, sloughed and sluffed and rubbed and lathered and after 3 years of disfigurement my toe is finally starting to look normal again. In all seriousness though I can’t thank them enough for bringing my nail back from the depths of despair. I’ll be a loyal customer for as long as I wear open-toed shoes

Too expensive for the quality. I got a pedicure and the nail tech painted well past the actual nails of at least half of my toes. Definitely not worth $80+

I have gone here for over 17 years and have never had a bad experience. My daughter got her nails done occasionally from age 5 through high school. I have taken friends and my nieces here as well. All of them are very good and competent at what they do. Great place to get your nails or toes done. I can always get in when I call, never have to wait more than about 5 minutes for my appointment to start and if I break a nail they get me right in to fix it when I call. superior service!!Services: Pedicure

I am so so beyond disappointed with my full set I got yesterday. They didn’t clean under my nails, didn’t have me wash my hands after, left product on my skin around my nail beds. They look like they’re a week old and grown out gel not pushed back to the cuticle line. So disappointed in the final product and the service was trash.Services: Nail extensions
