I enjoy going to Pro Nails. They are friendly, professional and patient stylist. They do not rush the service and they take time to educate you about the care of your Nails. I would recommend anyone to the salon. Everyone there is worth the time spent.

The ladies greeted us as soon as we walked in. Mary was amazing and took the extra time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will for sure be going back here.

No appointment but walked in and they were able to get me in right away. They were very professional and did an awesome job! I had builder gel nails (with a tip) on and they were not able to fill them. They took them off for me and didn't charge me an insane amount. Really friendly and great music!

went to Pro Nail on the 19th of December to do my nails
Firstly they were so rude and impatient, one lady laughed in my face all because I didn't know the opening time
Let that one slide, and went back the next day, the gal did a horrible job on my nails
One came out two days after my appointment

Came for a full package nails feet eyebrows service was terrible and the way they where talking to there customer was even worse I didn’t even want to get the rest done so I left after my feet where done and went some where else .

Hannah did my nails today and I was so so happy. I always have issues with people making my nails super thick when applying dip and she did such a good job. I’ve seriously never been happier about my nails

My sister and I walked into the shop on Sat at 3:50, the closing time on the door says 5pm. Without greeting or asking what service was needed, three employees immediately says "we're done for the day". On the way back to my car, I called. I asked if they were available to do eyebrows right now that I was in the parking lot right now. The woman on the phone says yes, come. Found this extremely weird.

Do not go here! Place is dirty, they rush you, the quality of the work is poor, the massage chairs do not work and the worst part was my skin was pulled off of my big and is now infected! It hurts so bad…. I was so excited to treat myself before the holidays and now I’m just dissatisfied.

The nail service is okay, depending on who you go to. Pedicure service was good, but the eye brow wax could have been wayyyy better for starters they charge $17 and the wax was barely warm and I had to remind her to wax the area in between my eyes which is a no brained when it comes to a brow wax service especially for $17. I felt cheated and rushed when I left. I’ll never go back.
