3 weeks ago I sent email to this company and they haven't replied to me. I've got a rental after dropping the car i forgot a smallbag with personal belongings, at the time I realized it was to late bussines was close. Next day I went personally to get my bag and they told me probably the person renting the same car has my bag ??????I believe every time you returned a renal company makes sure car is clean. They call the customer obviously he said NO there is nothing in the car. Well that tells me the employee that was in charge to clean the car saw my bag. I contacted them again via Phone call and email Thomas Glansman the service director and he NEVER contacted me to follow up with this issue. Something that simple to find out who cleaned the car and questioning finding out he never took the time and customer service to replied or call me to follow up. Very disappointed!

very shitty service. I called them 3 times and even after them being open 2 minutess, their message states all service techs are busy. asks you to leave a message and they will call back and no one ever called back. I THOUGHT i would try 1 last tie and the same thing happened. i left a message explaining no one has ever called back and it was the 4th message i left. It took 2 days for a technician to call me back and it was 2 minutes b4 4 pm when he left a vm stating he needed my vin number. I called and left him a voice mail at his extension the next morning 1 minute after they opened with the vin number and he has never called back.

After a very rude start at another dealership, I decided to not have them do the cam phasers on my 2019 3.5 EB F150, just due to the fact that if things didn't go alright, I'd have to deal with them. I took my truck in to North Country Ford, they got me fixed up and out of there in a bit better than a week. The truck runs better now at 39K than it did at 12K. They washed the truck, changed the oil and filled the 36 gallon gas tank! The Lariat 150 they loaned/rented to me for a week was amazingly nice at a beyond discount rate. They did me more than just one favor here and they've earned a customer for life. Recently had IWEs replaced and was rented a 2023 F150 Sport until the parts and labor was available. Great people to deal with.

Had an appointment to get recalls done on my car- made the appointment weeks ago. The person I spoke with said it would take the day and I'd get my car back that night. I walked into the building and wasn't acknowledged by the four staff members I came across. I came to a desk where a woman was typing in her personal phone, it wasn't until I said "hello?" That she acknowledged me. She took my info and said I was in the OTHER service department. So I went in there and when I approached the desk the man said, "ugh, I just finished one and now a new person? I'm so disappointed!" I moved on, explained what I was there for and he said, "I'm really behind on my recalls, I can get the car back to you in two days." When I said that wouldn't work, he looked up all my information, claimed I'd made the appointment online despite me telling him already that I'd spoken to someone. He then said I was scheduled for recalls that aren't even on my car- insinuating that I didn't know what I was coming in for. He then said, "I bet you thought I was kidding when I said I was disappointed that you came in." He then asked if I could wait a day and I said no and asked for my keys back. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no and again asked for my keys back. This man was a piece of trash and I didn't trust that they would have done a good job on my car. Avoid this place if humanly possible, they are awful.

After a year of trying to get in and have the repairs that are in my purchase agreement for my Explorer I am still at a loss and unable to even have the correct people call me back and actually just keep getting the run around of who I need to talk to get scheduled to have the issues fixed. Advice to anyone purchasing Vehicle from this dealership DO NOT take home your vehicle until all promised repairs are completed. Apparently purchase agreements are full of empty promises and worth nothing these days. You will be stuck with a Vehicle that you are dissatisfied with and repairs that will go unfixed. The minute you walk out the door at this dealership you are nothing but a sale to them. So let down and completely defeated especially since Northland was so highly recommend and praised.

The quality of service at this dealership has tanked. Just took our vehicle in for a recall repair. They didn't have the part even though the appointment was scheduled nearly 2 months ago. No courtesy call to cancel appointment. The people next to us were experiencing a similar problem. We are also experiencing paint failure on our 6 year old (always garaged) Expedition purchased there. They are not willing to discuss any remedy. At Ford, quality is Job 11 (doesn't even make the top 10 anymore).

My F-150 had a passenger door latch that failed to lock consistently. I discovered there was a recall for F-150 latches and told them about the issue when I took my truck in for an oil change several months ago. They checked the latch and said it was fine because they didn't really take the time to check the problem. The latch continued to fail sporadically. So today, I took it in and was told the recall didn't apply to my latch ... I had extended warranty with Ford that was good for 100,000 miles, but in the time between them denying there was a problem and them telling me the recall didn't apply to me my truck went over 100,000 miles. They said Ford would not honor the warranty ... This run around BS is so predictable it's ridiculous. On top of that, I also wanted to get the windshield washer jets unclogged and had been told on the phone that wouldn't be a problem. The same bearded service department clown told me that wasn't possible and that there was a 6 month back order on the replacement parts. YIKES !!!

I purchased a CPO 2022 Ford Fusion Titanium from this dealership in the late winter of 2021. It drove fine, looked nice, and the title was clean. Once I left the dealership, the car worked well for a few weeks. WEEKS. Then the flywheel cracked and caused a horrific sound to occur from the engine. Obviously angry and confused as to why the flywheel was damaged in an automatic engine, I brought it back for repairs. They kept my car for 2 weeks and replaced the flywheel. They did not diagnose the problem or tell me anything related to the cause. They assured me it wouldn't happen again. I took back the car and drove it for another year. About two months ago, the flywheel completely broke again while on the highway and my car ceased to accelerate. After having my car towed to the nearest Ford dealership (NOT North Country), I discovered that North Country had simply replaced the flywheel an "outdated" way and essentially caused my car to break down. Their ignorance, lack of care for their customers, and shitty morals caused my car to be in the shop for over 30 days. 30. Days. Thankfully this new dealership took care of me and helped me to determine that if North Country actually fixed my car CORRECTLY the first time- this wouldn't have happened. So thank you North Country for being the worst dealership I've had the pleasure of working with. Thanks to you, my car that you took such s*** care of now has a beautiful new tranny and completely new engine. I do NOT recommend this dealership for purchasing and especially not for repairs. Go anywhere else. Will not be returning. I sincerely hope that you provide thorough and updated repairs to any future vehicles you work on. Picture of the Fusion for tax.

Carrie Bellows is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and made my experience buying a new vehicle very easy. She made sure that I knew how to use all of the many different features of my new Escape and has since helped me figure out things that I had questions about after my purchase. I would highly recommend Carrie to my family and friends!

STAY AWAY!!!! If you are ever ordering a part or accessories and have a question about service, DO NOT GO HERE. No one knows anything and they just continue to transfer people over and over again hoping that you just hang up. As consumers we should get better customer service then this and instead they treat us terrible. Once you purchase a vehicle and then have any questions or concerns you are ignored. This place is the prime reason why we will go to automation and companies that ship you cars are going to take over. If you ever need any accessories this is not the place you should go because seriously no one will help you ever! The only time you may receive help is if the one person that does know something isn't off work. They don't even do installation here, the things they can't do they send you to a 3rd party installer or mechanic. So why do they even exist? Especially when they are clueless, confused and lack the no how on having basic customer service skills.

Purchased a new Bronco Sport. Had the displeasure of working with Chad from finance. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in my life. He huffed and puffed about every little thing. He didnt know what Law Enforcement Memorial plates were, he was over the top rude and condescending. This man clearly hates his job and he makes that known to each customer with how unpleasant he is towards them. I have been waiting years to purchase a new Bronco and I contemplated walking out of the building several times because it wasnt worth the hassle of dealing with Chad. I will never ever go back to North Country Ford and I will make sure to tell everyone about my awful miserable horrible experience.

My boyfriend put a deposit on a Raptor about three months ago, signed a purchase agreement, and has been given updates since then. Salesperson Brock told him yesterday it was in and that it could be picked up next week. Today Brock wouldn't respond and when my boyfriend called the dealership they told him they sold it to someone else and it's getting ready to be shipped out. We'll never do business with this dealership in the future and will make sure everyone we know knows they cannot be trusted.

My review is for service only. I needed to get a spare key/FOB for my Ford Expedition after the only one I had went through the wash setting off the alarm leaving me with disconnecting the battery until the FOB dried out and worked again. I live in CA but am from Coon Rapids and have had work done on previous Ford vehicles on return visits to MN. I am always treated very well and I'm always happy with the results. Perhaps my review is swayed as the cost for repairs here is approximately only 1/3 the cost in my area of CA. I also don't give my local Ford in CA many stars for customer service or respect, so I do feel 5 stars here is legit for all of the above! There were issues with programming the new FOB so it did take longer than anticipated but I still didn't mind. The waiting area is comfy and to coffee is free and I enjoyed a couple "Mochachinos". I did have to drop a star and feel bad doing so because the people here were great and the price was right. I had the key made yesterday but today I got up with the kids at our campsite and finally had everything packed and ready to head out to a nearby hotel to pick up my 83 year old mother before checkout time in 10 min. The Expedition wouldn't start... a dead battery. When they disconnected it they didn't tighten back up the connectors to the battery. So, while the key/FOB works perfectly fine and I'm very happy with that. I know they had issues with the programming and wanted to get my vehicle quickly as I'd been waiting, but by doing so missed tightening the battery back up (which is needed to program the key with the alarm system).. and it caused a lot of stress today. Will I return? Absolutely... great people and I do believe they do good work. However, lost a star for the stress and aggravation today. Thankfully the hotel my mother was at felt bad and she wasn't charged for a late check out.
