Rainbow clothes is always fun. There’s no dressing rooms but that’s fine. The one in Brooklyn Park super small, super crowded and some of the rap music little too much for older gal. I was with however rainbow rainbow you can get one hell of a deal on shoes trust me I got eight pairs of cute slippers for three bucks apiece for my nieces for Christmas

It was my first time shopping here and they have a good selection for everyone. The staff seemed nice, and the cashier provided good customer service.

I love the clothing and the prices. Yet the customer service was bad. Sale person talking about paraphernalia and matters not pertaining to business. I felt uncomfortable.

Unprofessional, workers are very rude . Don’t greet customers, they seen people standing at the register trying to get ringed up and walked off , then finally decided to come back and yell to another worker you got customers. The so called manager very rude and don’t need to be a manager, bumped into people and don’t say excuse me , she was also discussing another employee business in front of people .

It is rainbow ?! Great sales almost always. Just a suggestion, when the employees do not show to work…though it is frustrating and draining to the other employees…maybe keep the personal feelings of disgust to a back room conversation. Otherwise, they could stand to give the women more space it is a bit close and crowded with the merchandise so close in proximity to others. Almost cannot walk thru with ease but otherwise the sales are great. The service provided to the customers was attentive but the negative talk about other employees is again a suggestion to be held in the back. I get it. We all do it but just not where customers can hear it. ♥️

When I came in I thought it was a very friendly environment. I give reviews based on my experience. The cashier who rang me up for my clothing was fair, but didn't give much eye contact. The other associate who came in asking her what she had to do today. Sat behind the counter and ate her food while staring at me and my sister. She made me horribly uncomfortable and before I perchaced a small jacket which I wish I would have returned that minute. The other assisocate whispered an insult about myself before we left. It was inexcusable and unessary.I will not be coming here again for that reason. It doesn't take much energy to leave people alone, or even focus on your work, or even leave someone who spends their money with kind words or a good experince. Anyone who enters your store is a customer.If it was a good one and I don't leave upset I leave a nice review and recommendation. I don't recommend this place unless you want to be insulted to your face.

Very cute, in style clothing that is priced great. So far would continue to shop here despite my concerns.
One complaint is that there are overly crowded racks that even as a slim person clothes pretty much always touch me when walking.
Another complaint is there was an item sticker for 25% off. I left the store and noticed that the discount wasn't honored. I returned and pointed this out and the employee was like that's weird a customer must have done that since in her words, it was in pencil (however it wasn't, it was in pen). I was like oh okay that's fine, but then went to look at the rack and saw that all of the same items had the exact sticker with the same discount. I brought attention to this, and then they honored the discount but seemed irritated about it. So I am assuming that if I hadn't looked at the rack of clothes they would have not verified the discount at any point.
My last concern is that the workers continued to gossip about an individual despite me shopping and clearly being within earshot of them.
