Terrible storage facility. My locker was broken into, someone used a hacksaw to cut the door latch and remove my [locked] padlock. I went to the office to report it, nobody was there. I called the main phone number and after a lengthy wait I was told that the manager takes a 2 hour lunch break and will be back at 2PM. I waited until 2:30 before I called again and was told the manager went home sick, and I was told to file a Police report. I did that and while the Police was there we found that 3 other units had also been broken into in the identical way. I called the main number again and was told that someone would contact me about repairing the latch sometime in the next 72 hours. I immediately rented a locker elsewhere and moved everything out of this locker. It's been 4 days and nobody has called me.
Stay away from this dump.

TERRIBLE experience. I moved out, notified them correctly, and still got charged for the next month! I have contacted the property manager via text several times, called iStorage four times, and still, over 3 weeks later, I am not refunded for the time I have not rented.
And there were mouse droppings in the unit. 🤮
Please refund me the $139 you owe me! I have not dealt with such difficulties from any professional business.

I have been in this storage place for three years. Up until Megan began there, it would not have been a place I would recommend. Very large potholes, not kept well, gate not always working, and felt like rarely was there anyone working or if there was someone working they were not very accommodating. Now that Megan has been there, she has been great to work with and answered any questions that I have had.

Megan at Istorage in St Louis Park,MN location is fabulous. She really seemed to care about my situation. She asked for time to help and got back to me when she said and came up with a great solution. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
