Customers just stand and talk at the register with a line of people waiting. Cashiers don't bother telling them to move. Waste of time, go to the Holiday on 50th ave. Much better service

Paid for vacuum and car wash. Neither were working. Was told employees cannot give refunds and that I had to return when a manager was there which required an additional trip back which was a waste of my time. They said the car wash is often not working, so don't rely on it.

This place is absolutely filthy - bathroom is always out of service\\employees pick who can and cannot use it.
