Always had good service and experiences at this Speedway. Much better than the one on 86th and Lyndale.

Very difficult access for people with mobility issues or needing a handicap entrance. Handicap parking is on the west side of the building. You get up the ramp and go to the door (see pic) and it is locked so you try to take the sidewalk around to the front door which is at the far end of the building but there is an 8' long pile of softener salt blocking the entire width of the sidewalk so you need to step off the curb to continue and back up the steep curb to get in the door. Then you look everywhere for a sign directing you to the restroom and you finally find the restrooms on the far west end of the store near where you parked but couldn't enter, only to find them locked and that you need to walk back to the far east end of the store to get a key to enter the bathroom, and then you need to walk across the entire store again to get to the bathroom for the second time. A large sign near the entrance stating to ask the attendant for a restroom key would be quite helpful. But either way, very difficult to get in and out.

I just came to the store the cashier was talking to another girl she was set next to cashier and he was very disrespectful and ignored me completely so I will recommend my friends and family don’t go to this location anymore because the customer service is very bad and rude

The young lady working today 5/4/24 she is awesome she showed patience and had a great look on life smiled from time I walked in till I left if more stores had Rose working for them it would be good I give her a 10 star rating out of 5stars

Stopped here to gas up the rental car before going to airport. Pay at the pump would not work for any of my cards. Went inside to prepay and the cashier was very rude to the point where I almost left to find a different gas station. Never going here ever again.

All they have here are prepaid pumps you never know how much gas you're going to get because you have to prepay for it so if you want to actually get a full tank you can't do that unless you overpay with what you think you're going to get.

Look...yall are rating a SPEEDWAY poorly...there are absolutely no Speedways that are top notch. As far as staff, Kayla is a very good woman, she deals with a lot and knows how to handle people...even when you are rude to her or constantly steal and or make a mess. If you go to any gas station, expect the workers to be on their cell phones. If you haven't worked retail at a place like this, then you shouldn't rate it.As far as the place it self.. it needs a TON of work and certain people even management should go thru some real training.Yeah the pumps are always out or broken, yeah the place gets messy and sticky, yeah they did close early a lot in the past...due to being UNDERSTAFFED! So stop with the bad mouthing people who work at a company that really should treat there staff and store better. Yall are lucky it's still open. And if you don't like it, then move around and go down the street....
