If I could give 0 stars I would they give you a piece of information about something and let you believe anything they tell you just for the next representative to tell you they don’t know why someone before would tell you or would not tell you another piece of information. Absolutely the most terrible experience with ANY phone carrier I’ve ever encountered and I VERY MUCH HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD PHONE SERVICE!

traded in 3 phones in September 2024, mailed on 10/9 and they were delivered on 10/12. They lost one of the phones. I called on 10/13, 10/16 and 10/20 and was told each time that they have the phone and that the credits will be applied to my account soon, but due to short staffing they aren't keeping up with scanning. I called on 11/6 and 11/17 and was told again that they have the device and all is good. That I should ignore any message from tmobile saying otherwise because these are automated messages that cannot be disabled. That once again they have the device and all is well in my account in regards to receiving promotional credits for the trade in. Called on 12/12 when they increased my bill and was told that they have the device and are escalating to get resolution of the billing. They said they would call back in 10 days. On 12/23 I called in the morning, was told there was resolution and that all was ok on the account, and that I would receive a call in 2 hours (12p) regarding this issue. On 12/23 at 5:30p called, because I never received a call back. Was told now that they have never received the phone, only an empty box. That all other reps were wrong and that they didn't file the proper research paper work in any of the prior calls. That there is nothing they can do, and that this is actually a UPS problem because they lost the contents of the box, not a T mobile problem. The manager refused to talk to me, and when asked to provide a credit for the upcharge bill to allow any claim necessary with UPS to complete they refused saying that I owe full price due to their failure as a company. They continued to say in recorded calls from October that they have the phone and then change their story when the payment amount goes up. How can you trust a company that continually says something and takes no responsibility when their own story on recorded lines change. The reps involved in this are: 10/13 Hazel, 10/16 Epson, 10/20 Richard, 11/6 Gweneth, 11/17 Reynalyn and Mariella, 12/12 Mark (rep) & James Jose (supervisor), 12/23 Tyler (rep) and Anthony (supervisor).

Came to T-Mobile New Richmond location first day it opened expecting a few glitches here in there and they're waiting in store for 2 hours mind you this is a brand new store internet went down so we were waiting on that to process my complete order of two phones two phones Wi-Fi at home never received a phone call like promised within a half an hour call them too busy came to store next day to go get it all squared away no plow has been through so we had to trudge through the snow to get there and we had to act like peeping toms because no one was watching finally they stepped out Saturday were open so we trench through the snow again to the car which was a good two hundred feet away this is a sad way to represent a business I'm so tempted to go back to Verizon I've never had such problems. My family is leaving Tmobile after the worst ongoing 2 months of constant inconsistencies with TMobiles billing. The robotic sounding customer support team ensures that you feel less than significant as a customer than you already do from their sub-par service. All i asked was to pay the bill in the amount we agreed to. If anyone reads this that is considering tmobile, id shop around for a better company as I am doing now.

No one will answer my call... horrible service. Do not recommend. Bring Sprint back. Never an issue with them. Better service. Corporate will not answer the phone. Very shady company.

Having your phone stolen is a pretty traumatic experience but if you're with T-Mobile their customer service is guaranteed going to make it as worse as it can possibly get criminal still out there with my phone they didn't even shut the service off to it not just told me maybe in seven days I could have a new phone so I had to go with a new carrier in the end

Noone answers. Was hoping for help with my refund which was posted to the wrong account (when i paid the bill through my phone on their automated system) that happened sept 26. Its oct 22 right now and still no refund or answers to where my refund is. Going to the BBB today.
