Target is generally regarded as a clean and organized store, making it a popular choice for shoppers looking for various products. However, many customers have noted a significant issue with staffing, particularly at checkout. Long lines at both self-checkout and cashier stations have led to frustration, with suggestions that more cashiers would help improve the shopping experience. The drive-up service, originally a convenient option, has become slow and inefficient since its relocation, causing customers to wait excessively for their orders. While the store often has a good selection of items, there are frequent complaints about empty shelves, especially after busy days. Additionally, the quality of produce has been criticized, with customers reporting issues with vegetables, although fruit and meat generally receive better reviews. Some shoppers have also expressed concerns about the presence of panhandlers in the parking lot and occasionally in the store. Despite these challenges, many customers appreciate the cleanliness and the friendly demeanor of the cashiers. Overall, while Target remains a go-to destination for many, improvements in staffing and product quality could enhance the shopping experience further.
I want to give it more stars, but there are way too many cases of grocery items being out of stock. I also wish Target had real butchers/meat counters. Never enough cashier.
