Friendly guard shack staff, plenty of space to maneuver, and a quick drop and hook. What more could you ask for?

First person here at 5:30 AM. It's now 11 o'clock. Still sitting here, just got told 45 more minutes. Do you think I really believe them?Drivers stay away!!!

If you want the driver to be stuck whole day there this is the right place for him. WORST PLACE EVER.

Working here has been a pleasure even though it’s not my home DC hope I get to come back here again

This DC is the worst place to come to the last time that I was here they took me 3 hours before my appointment and now they won't even talk to me unless it's an hour before my appointment which is 7:30pm on 11/7/2024. Plus they need to have parking for trucks that are early for there appointment. It took then 5 hours and 45 minutes to get the trailer empty

terrible experience, if you are unlucky, and have a load that has been be break down, you will be stuck at least 7-8h,here
I was first driver checked in at 5:30AM now it’s noon and the receiver is still working on unloading. Not good for business and totally waste of a time especially on weekend.

People were all nice. Two thumbs up to the security guard checking in.
4 hours to unload trailer was a bit excessive and then they "lost" my trailer. Was told row B where I had dropped it. Had to go back in and ask for precise location. They had dropped it in M. Opposite end of trailer lot.

Easy in and easy out. Weekday welcome center people here 6 to 2 are friendly and very hospitable.
Don't come in for live unloads. Drop only.

Took 8 hours to unload a load of dry boxed dog food. Lost massive money delivering to you guys.
Misc details: no overnight parking. drop trailer, they put it in slot while you bobtail to a staging area. In my case, for 8 hours. Shameful

Friendly guard and receiver. Unloading took a bit long. Had a 18:30 appointment. Arrived at 17:15 but didn’t get my paperwork until 23:59. Perhaps it was because of it being a Saturday evening.

Got there at 1500 for an 1800 appointment. Told can't check in no more than an hr before appointment. No big deal. That was on me for being early. Came back at 1700, checked in with receiver and was told it's middle of shift change, might take a while. Said no problem, how long, a few hrs? Lady said about 3 hrs... 15 hrs later they had me unloaded. yes, one five. And not allowed to park there or anywhere around there. Once you're done, get gone. And my company collects detention from customers, but don't pay drivers detention. Was a nightmare. Can go the rest of my career without ever having to do another target Ld .. Walmart is a blessing compared to this place

No over night parking
No parking on the outside of the business
Public restroom inside the by the shipping office.
9 hours to live unload
Left with a damaged box of kitty litter and little pallet scrap on the trailer.
