I don't usually write reviews but as this is Thanksgiving week I want too extend my gratitude to Vidal Auto Service. I needed rear brakes and they got me in for same day service. This is the 2nd time I've used their service. They have been professional and reasonably priced. With many businesses being clueless on customer service and quality work, Vidal Auto Service stands above their competitors.

Terrible service in both branches. They have employees who don't know how to do things. For starters, they are not mechanics nor do they have a mechanic's degree. I went to put a patch on my tire, and they damaged the entire rim of my 2024 vehicle. I spoke to the owner and they were not responsible, very bad service!

Car died, had no idea why, had it towed to the shop and they did the diagnostic and found the computer was toast, they called me back within a hour and told me what was wrong and what needed to be done. There was a delay in getting the part but I don't think it was their fault. They called me and said its going to be a couple more days, they got the part and had me on my way with no extra this is wrong and that's broken, none of that. I picked this shop because I live close and it's always more busy than the other shops, this says something to me. I'll go back and I recommend it to others.

Asked to get my car suspension checked, they went out of there way to run a full inspection without asking if that’s okay, then they charged me $50 for the inspection without informing me it would cost $$
Not only that but they pressure you into repairs.
$200 to swap out air/cabin filters? How dumb do you think your customers are. Never going back
