I've been wanting to get my car spring cleaned and finally took it this shop today. First off, love the fact that it's close by and I don't have to drive to other cities to get my car washed! Secondly, I went around 4pm and only had two cars before me, plus a worker came to each car to see what we wanted to get done and recommended what to get. I even had the guy suggested a more cost effective option to what I was going for. Thirdly, payment was made inside and there was a little area where you wait for your car to be cleaned. The whole thing took about 15mins I'd say. They worked in groups and had my car shining on the outside and clean on the inside. I got the basic, with all floor mats and vacuum trunk and floors -- all under $30 thanks to the guy's suggestion. I'll definitely go again and add anti rust and rim/tire shine next time, I can now open my door fully without worrying about how messy my floors look :)

Best car wash in the twin cities dollar for dollar hands down. You only need to get The Basic car wash here, anything above and beyond that isn't really worth it. The only downside is I'm not the only one that knows this so sometimes the lines can be longer.

Best car wash! Really good for the price. They make sure the car is perfectly dried before it leaves. No streaks/water marks on windows as well.

Let me apologize to every employee who helped vacuum out the carpet of dog hair in our Subaru. Two big dogs that go everywhere while shedding (including a husky) plus road trips and outdoor adventures meant the car was an absolute wreck.I could not be happier, and if anything this place UNDERcharges for their service. I’d have paid twice what it cost me, including the pet hair charge, and still walked away satisfied. They aren’t a detailer, so no, they aren’t taking picks and Qtips into every corner. You also aren’t paying anywhere close to what that would cost. What you ARE getting is a great cleaning and top notch service. If they’re really busy they may not have the staff to handle a cleaning like the one I needed, so plan your timing accordingly. That’s entirely understandable in my opinion.Recommend, recommend, recommend.

Decent car wash.Just make sure you try to get in the East most lane (closest to the building) if there is a queue. The lanes U-turn around the building, so if there’s a wait time, there could be 5-7 vehicles that go before you go in the outermost lane. And at 3-6 minutes/vacuum, that could add up to 15-30 minutes extra wait.Tried telling the lady at the counter to make a note to management but got the cold shoulder. Not her fault, but the least she could do is politely acknowledge the request.

Great car wash went there for the first time. It's kind of a confusing process but planning on going back. Waiting area and actual wash were great and the people were super nice. Some tips I wish I read online:Straighten your car. They're fast and the less stuff you have in your car the better they can can clean it.I tipped at the end but that was confusing. I wish you can tip while checking out.I saw some people go out before the car was fully detailed so I was confused and waited accidentally like an impatient person. whoops!

Drove by and saw this when I was touring Minneapolis in a runned down vehicle, I was quite impressed of their enthusiasm towards perfection. From the moment I pulled into the waiting queue, until being notified that both the exterior and interior cleaning were thoroughly checked was less than 8 minutes. The guys here worked with 100% passion. Even I've chosen the very basic wash, it's still a great experience to see some real ability being performed. I fully understand why this carwash had such an upscale business that sometimes it takes a while to get your turn.Only reason I erased 1 star off is I wish they can do the job slower, and focus on the details of the interior tidiness. You can do better Waterwerks!

If I could give a -5 star rating, I would. I had really decent service the last 3 times I went there. Not today though. I pulled up, zero cars waiting other than myself. I sat there for 7 minutes before some came out to greet me. Another car pulled up next to me. They flagged her in. Didn't bother to get me in 1st. Even though they were fully aware I had already been waiting. When my car was finally done being washed and detailed, I went to my car. ZERO eye contact and not a word as I handed the employee the plastic board you hand them to prove you paid. I will not be a returning customer. Which is a shame for them. The exterior of my car gets dirty often. And I live near. I will give my money to a carwash with better employees.

Full service car wash. They offer different packages + add ons. I got "The Werks" package, which includes interior, exterior, wipe down, vacuum, trunk, and tires for under $40.00. Car looked and smelled brand new. No streaks left on the glass. I was impressed. Although it was super crowded, they were fully staffed, which kept the lines moving. About 25 min wait. So be prepared.Recommend? Absolutely.Advice: Bring cash for tip.

Always a 5 Star wash. Staff does a through job from start to finish. Vacuum the interior, exterior wash, hand dry and finish with interior dusting…Having said that, not all WaterWerks locations are the same. I just went though a location at 66th and York. NOT the same. Had to do all the interior myself and the automatic exterior wash left dirt and residue on the lower passenger side. See photos. I cannot recommend the location at 66th and York.I hope the quality of wash at this location does not turn off customers to the 394 and Louisiana location?Services: Full body wash

TLDR: Decent car wash experience, got through the line relatively fast. Price is decent as well. For other first timers:I had never been to this car wash before but wanted to try it out because of the reviews, proximity to my home, and my interior needed some extra TLC because of winter. There was only about 12-15 cars in line when I pulled up, and there's a person that comes around and asks what package you're looking for. Don't pull in until this person has given you a ticket, placed one on your dash and writes on your window. I chose "The Werks" and out of the options requested the lemon-lime air freshener. And I also have fitted Weather Tech mats for the front, passenger, and cargo.Once you roll in, park your car, leave your car on and the keys in the console. There are sliding doors where you go inside to pay. You'll walk down a long hallway with windows to watch your car being washed.I believe you can pay at your leisure, but make sure you follow your car fairly closely down the line. Once you pay, you'll receive a large "ticket" of sorts to be able to claim your vehicle. You'll continue down the corridor after paying, to monitor your car closely as it's being wiped down after its gone through the wash. When they're done, they will shoot up a hand wave for you to come claim your car with your ticket.Everyone I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I left and stopped at the gas station to fill up my vehicle I gave it an inspection myself. They did a pretty decent job, I'd say my car was in pretty rough condition after all the salt build up and "wear and tear" from winter and crumbs from kids eating in the car.I did not smell or receive an air freshener, but I'm unsure if I was supposed to grab one in the lobby or if one was supposed to be provided for me. There were more water droplets left on the leather seats in front and back then I would expect, that I had to take a towel too, and there was quite a bit of water left on my mats. I was also missing one "plug cover" for one of my mats that normally hides the socket that keeps it in place. Did they get all of the dust off the console/vents and were all the smudges on the doors buffed out? Not entirely. But it looked 90% better then what I had started with.Overall I'm pretty pleased with their work and results as my car looks pretty good. I'd likely be back, but maybe save that first winter deep clean for at home if you need that extra TLC.
