Chris is an honest guy who genuinely cares about his customers—something that sets him apart from most used car dealers. He was transparent throughout the entire process and didn’t misrepresent the car in any way. I did have a small issue come up after the sale (which can happen from time to time), but Chris handled it like a true professional and made sure everything was taken care of. Even with the hiccup, I’d still recommend buying from him if he has the vehicle you’re looking for. Thanks again man!

Chris put in a lot of extra time and effort to get a bunch of minor things fixed as we went through the purchasing process. Even after things had been finalized and an engine light popped on, he took it to the shop and paid for its repairs. He's communicative and cares about doing things the right way.
It's a small family business, and so sometimes things take a little bit extra time, but that also makes the relationship formed more genuine. It's clear they care about providing good service and getting the vehicle ready to be enjoyed. I would certainly recommend them.

Not only is the customer service top notch and the responses to appointments and scheduling are really timely, the vehicles they have to offer are even more top notch. They have a very wide selection of vehicles and very transparent and honest about the state of the vehicle. Also their price points fall between a fair and reasonable asking price. This is the second time my family has used 411Carline for a new used vehicle and if need be, I plan on using their services again in the future. Highly recommend their vehicles and services.

This place is amazing. It is a rarity in 2024. I almost bought one vehicle from them. But I didn’t have my wife with me. Then they found another van that was exactly what I needed. After months of looking, they helped me out so much.
They even fixed issues that they wouldn’t have needed to. They replaced the rear door struts. They didn’t need to do that but they did because they failed between the time I had put money down on the vehicle and the time I bought it.
This business is amazing. I am so impressed. Buying cars in 2024 is a nightmare and I am probably one of the pickiest people on the planet. Look at my other reviews.
This family is great. Zero pressure, absolutely honest and an inventory of very clean cars. Thank you 411carline.

Just got done buying a used Jeep from Chris and the crew at 411carline. I have to say, the experience could not have been better. They priced the car very fairy, and when I told Chris I was shopping around he even gave me other places to check out. He never made me feel pressured, or tried to “sell” me on moving forward. When we agreed to a price, he accommodated us beyond expectation by finding little items that needed repairing and doing them for us without our asking. Never asked us to cover the cost, just wanted to make sure it was a good vehicle. Chris puts a lot of work into the vehicles he sells to make sure they’re top notch, and we felt great about what we got. I will definitely be back.
