Nice home Ace. I used just about every home Ace in the west metro. Never have had a problem. Easy to get to, employees are nice. Never had problems. I use the Ace for all my needs. They've never been out of stock anytime I've ever been there or needed anything. Which is very important as a contractor. I just never know when i'll have to stop in and grab someone. I can usually get in and out in 5 min which is important to me(even though I wanna look around longer). Plain and simple great place to shop. Thank you to Doug at the Minnetonka location who guided me (older female) on how to fix my broken toilet, including tips like using a hairdryer to make the flapper connectors more pliable, which saved me from damaging the hooks. This saved me big $ from not having to call a plumber. Thank you for the superior service and also for the confidence building that I could do this on my own. Very happy customer!

Great folks here. I arrived at night parked in their lot. In the morning docked against their “Dockzilla” where they forklifted product out. It was a little tight with my full size truck but manageable. Unloaded quickly and on my way.

Good place to get hardware or other outdoor stuff if you’re in a hurry but the stuff is always like 50% more expensive. Propane filling service is great.

Shopped with a friend at her favorite hardware store. She needed a furnace filter. Me? I only grabbed some of those famous jelly beans in citrus and fruit flavors near the checkout. The staff always greets you upon entering and asks if they can help. Yes! Now that's a true hardware store.

Excellent customer service. The manager (I believe) went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. He even installed the new screws for my license plate and made sure everything fit right. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

Purchased trees last October 5th-Hauled them home, planted them, they didn’t survive the winter-I was told all needed was the receipt and tags to get refunded for the dead trees- I dug them up, put them back in the original planters-Asked to bring photos of dead trees-NOPE! I had to load the dead trees up-A difficult task, for anyone/They get reimbursed from the supplier-I do not believe for a nanosecond that they SHIP dead trees back-It was a ton of back breaking work-The Manager Sandy is rude-From other reviews it appears ageism is common practice here-I will never purchase anything here again, not with Sandy managing the Minnetonka location-
