I am asking myself which store this people with negative reviews went. I have never someone so nice, kind and helpful as the young man who helped me today 5/29/25 at exactly 5:11pm. There was also a lady who was working with him, she was equally good person with likeable attitude and character. Thank you and INSHA ALLAH I will come back again.

Clean store and well organized. I found it lacking the selection of other stores. I would not return if there was another one to go to due to the lack of selection.

I love the clothes, but not the customer service. I have ordered online a few times and picked up in the store...Even purchased more items while in the store. I never felt welcomed when I come to the store. It just feels like they are trying to do their job. Never greeted, even had to stand there before being acknowledged. Recently, I purchased some clothes online and picked them up in the store, the item I wanted they did not carry in the store, so we discussed ordering it online. The customer service felt fake. Even as I was giving the information, I felt like a burden asking to have it verified. The answer given was "I entered it correctly..." then the read it off AFTER that. Everytime I go to the store, I actually dred it. It's sad to go in a store and want to spend money but not feel happy about it. I brought back a return and it was paid through paid pal. Something felt off about te return, when I asked about it they said it was done and for me to wait the business days. I return my items a few days ago and it's still not reflecting in my paypal. Out of all the years of orders and purchases, this has never been a problem. I contact online and am told I need to wait a certain amount of business days. No one ever seems to care to research anymore. They just pass the buck. This store has really caused me to question if I should even be a customer just because of the service. I seriously feel I am in the way. I also plan to send a message to their company. I am a shopper and I love engagement but this store was not a place I felt this way.

The staff here are fantastic!!!! The merch covers all the basics that I love, although a bit expensive.

Love the clothes. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a very exact item and was informed it's only available online. In any other case this is where the conversation ends and I go online and reduce further the requirement of brick and mortars like every other consumer. Instead the sales staff politely informed me that while it's only available online, people return things online to the stores and I should check a couple places. Sure enough they had what I needed, just not the size. Doesn't matter. I bought 2 items I didn't need and left because they have great products and great staff. Nice work ladies!

I really really hate to leave bad reviews but my daughter and I are not even greeted in this store. Once I was ready to check out the girl who came to help did not speak one word to me. My kids love these clothes but I hate going in the store to buy them. I know it's going to be some rude teenager without an ounce of customer service.

I really enjoy the merchandise and display at this location, it's colorful and fun to shop. I found an awesome pair of Pride denim shorts on July 1st, marked down from $60 to $24 and in my size.
