I was in the ATT store two days in a row, to drop in a trade in iPhone, I traded an old iPhone 5 for 16 pro with the 2/7/25 promotion, I completed the trade in online, just need to drop my iPhone in the ATT store, on 2/19, I was with the rep for 40 min, first he said the ATT site was not working, then told me my IMEM number was invalid, the store manager did not approval, but told me he had successfully traded in a few iPhone 2 even the original Samsung phone that day for the promotion , he asked me to come back the next day, I went back to the store on 2/20, the lady in the store ( I assume she might be the manager) , she looked at my ID, got my account number, without looking into my account told me I could not trade in, I told her my phone IMEM is valid on T mobile and Verizon and other site, not to say I bought most my iPhone in that ATT store, she then said my trade in iPhone was not attached to the new iPhone 16 pro , which I have to show her my online trade in confirmation and receipt. I told her if ATT is acting like that to a customer who has been with ATT for 20 years with multiple lines, I be happy to go to the T mobile or Verizon stores next door for business, she then reluctant but did process the trade in an printout the receipt for the amount of credit promised on the promotion. I really don't appreciate this kind of the customer service, I have been going to that store for many years , prior employees were much more professional.

I gotta say, after meeting Jake here at AT&T in Plymouth. I want to say that YOU should write a review too about your experience with Jake. This employee is very dedicated, patient and well knowledgeable when it comes to any device. I watched him delegate and multitask better than most people in society at businesses here in the Twin Cities yet AMERICA! I’m extremely blessed and beyond grateful to have Jake take care of my AT&T needs! Being a general contractor, I believe it’s important to recognize who deserves five stars. Thank you greatly Jake, I do truly hope the owner and AT&T recognizes how great of an asset you really are! I’ll have a care package coming soon my new friend…

Just wanted to write a quick note of appreciation for Dimitri‘s efforts. I brought a phone in that was six years old and I am in a business that uses cellular service.
He didn’t quit he didn’t give up and continue to press into challenges until we walked out of the store with a new phone and appreciation for people that are the face of a business That do an excellent job.
So appreciate all that he is done

Store employee Carter told us to leave when we arrived an hour before close. My zflip 6 screen stopped working. I was expecting to get a replacement since I am insured. He didn't even ask for my info or account. Wrote down directions from google on how to get a new phone and told me to come back tomorrow. What a joke att

Our rep Dimitri was great! He took the time necessary to get a complicated transfer of a line from Verizon to ATT completed accurately. He is very knowledgeable and patient. All of our needs were met. He also identified that I was eligible for First Net and got that set up. Dimitri affirmed my commitment as an ATT customer! 5 Star service!!

Shavaye was fantastic to work with, patient, and great conversation. The store was a bit understaffed (been there myself being in retail) so it was great to see the flexibility and efficiency of the team members working that day. Wonderful service overall, and I'd highly recommend the Minnetonka location. Ask for Shavaye, she's wonderful! 🫶
