This branch is closed. No people at all. Only ATMs. If you need a real branch you need to go somewhere else. I found the Hopkins MN branch is open. It is 5 miles away.I cannot do banking at ATMs

I am a Bank of America customer. I went inside and attempted to video conference a banker. I waited and waited and waited for a banker to come online… Only to learn that the facility had lost its Internet connection. 15 minutes of drive time each way +10 minutes of waiting… There’s 40 minutes I’ll never get back!

After visiting a Bank of America ATM that was out of service, I did a search and found this Bank of America branch. It's located in a plaza. I parked and walked over. I have never been in a bank branch that does not have staff. It reminded me of the US Postal Service where some of the offices are unmanned. You can simply package and pay for your items to mail out. To get into the branch, you need to insert your card at the door. I did that with my Tangerine debit card and I was in. The place is modern, bright, and exceptionally clean. There were three ATMs. I used one to withdraw money. It went well. You have the option of specifying what bill denominations you want dispensed. Nice! It dispenses $10, $20, and $100 bills. I looked around, as I was curious. If you have questions, you can talk to someone at a financial centre. It's called a smart concierge. There's a camera, which I assume is for video conferencing. Speaking of video conferences, you can speak to an advisor for specific questions about your banking needs. There are two rooms where you can privately discuss sensitive banking matters with a bank advisor. It's pretty neat. Finally, I enjoyed taking a quick survey about my banking habits on a touchscreen. It was cool. There are a couple of modern, comfy chairs and a small table for folks who need to sit down or who want to chill. It's a nice touch. I had a great experience here. It was different and new to me, but I got my banking done and learned a bit doing it. (3)

The door is locked and you cannot enter without an account as no employees are actually on location. While it markets, “opening accounts”, it doesn’t make doing so very easy.
