My visit this week was definitely the last nail in the coffin. I cannot provide details because it will reveal the identity of the stylist and I do not want to but I paid $50 for a suboptimal threading service. Definitely better prices and stylists are available elsewhere. I had been coming to this location since 2016/17 but over time the ownership and stylists have changed with the quality of the service being the lowest now.

They messed up my eyebrows. Unfortunately, I am going back to wax. USA nails, Knollwood mall does eyebrows wax and it’s $15. I got mine done this weekend and it was great.

Unprofessional and not respectful, they charged 17$ just to clean up the eyebrows without any shape, even the cleanup is not proper there were extras all over the place, waste of money, not recommended

Very fast and easy walk in. I literally just told her I wanted a little bit of my brows threaded off and she did just that! I am very happy with the outcome

My eyebrows are blonde and I dont think the person who did them really took the time with me to make sure my brows were actually done. It felt rushed and there was definitely spots where I would have liked them cleaned up better. More expensive and not as good of service as the one in the northtown mall.

Lady was on her phone the whole time as we got done I said thank you and the guy on the phone mocked me.
I use to get them done here all time unfortunately won’t be back

I’ve gone here twice now and they do a pretty good job. Their prices are a little expensive though as typically I’ve gotten my Eyebrows for $10 not including tip. here they charge $17 not including the tip.

I have been coming to Brow Studio 7 for years and truly appreciate the service, the look I get, and the ease of walking in. I have only had 1 time where I left disappointed but didn't give up on them and haven't had another experience like that.
