So here we go, so do not trust channel partners. Stop review channel partners reviews online there a scam so I bought a truck about 2 years ago. From san Jose california Which the dealer owner told me that truck was in a perfect condition when I went to pick it up and I brought it back home. We found out that the truck was in the worst condition error the transmission didn't work at brakes, didn't work? It was in a terrible conditions . The flatbed was not working from the hydraulic system. Anyways, I send out a whole bunch of pictures about the condition that the truck had to maso capital. Maso capital is sold the account to channel partners where they forward all that info to them. They knew in what condition the truck was and they still decided. To finance, why, because they don't care about you, they don't care what theu care financing.. cares about the money they're making from you. So it's been 2 years it's been struggling I've been. I put in more than $25000 into that truck. I could buy a new truck all the money. Invested this truck around a 125000 they couldn't put a stop into it, but they don't, and they never will do it. They don't care channel panels doesn't care about you. They don't give a care about you. All they care about make. $$$ . A good money so be careful. Financing to channel panel their crooks and they don't even give you a grace. if you're late, then you're gonna charge you a 10 . Percent of of whatever is owed on the truck for imagine. That's why you shouldn't be financing with this guy's go to bank . A private bank go to I don't know. Find a good bank around there small bank.Yeah, and they would reply to your review. And I'll say we try to work this thing out with you. And you know we want to Work things out with you wherever if you take the review away course. they don't want people to know what kind of crooks they are. And if you finance true Maso capital, just make sure you tell him don't take me to channel partne llc.

Financed 2 commercial trucks with them. Very frustrated and not happy at all. They required 2 first payments which we did even having excellent credit and our first payment would be in a month, noticed a ACH withdrawal of $499.99 and another one for 520.86 called them and said it was a fee they have. He called it some other fancy name which is literally money thrown out the window. If we would have known they had this hidden fees we would have went with our local bank. They said they disclosed it and they never did. We don’t do business like that. Not a happy customer.

I found them online and called to get more information. The man who answered the phone spoke to me like I dialed the wrong number then, told me the person I needed to speak with was on break. He took my information, called me back (hours later) and said "How did you hear about us? Customers are usually referred to us by brokers." (which the website doesn't mention). I replied "online" he replied "Ok, a manger will reach out soon."... I felt judged from the phone, nothing about the call was warm but that's ok.Good look to them.

Have worked with them for over a decade, they have the best programs compared to similar organizations. Found a Google review here that had nothing to do with the company performance but rather a botched phone call. Unbelievable.

I'd be careful borrowing from Channel Partners. It's very costly and the daily or weekly draw on your cashflow has to make the cost worth the gain. Yes it's easy to lend a decent amount of money but make sure the ROI is worth the cost. I did use their program and completed our loan but the cost never went down after telling them THREE times I wouldn't accept their high cost loan, $40K on a $150K, but every time they said they could do better. I'm not saying to use their financing but be very careful, it will suck the life out of your business if you're not careful. Good Luck!!!
