Went to Chase on 101 in Minnetoka today to get some large bills for Xmas presents. I was greeted aggressively by the black woman working there. She asked what I needed! When I told her, her only reply was, "Do you even have an account here?" When I answered yes, she told me someone else would help me!!! Then walked away!!! Not happy! Maybe my purse wasn't the right brand name? If I would have had a Louie on my arm, would I have been treated better? Yoga pants and a sweatshirt aren't the right attire for going into my own bank? Was not happy about this at all!!! She was so rude in tone, words & actions! My husband and I were thinking about opening a joint account at Chase, we both have individual accounts at Chase but I know I won't be going to that location to open one. Maybe I won't even use Chase at all, now that I think about todays treatment...

I had a weird encounter at this Chase branch yesterday. I've been a Chase customer since the 1980s and at first I tried to get a strap of 100 $1s. The teller said she couldn't do it because "It's not our money." Huh? Fine, I can get $1s from the ATM. I then asked for some of those paper bands to keep them together. She refused to give me any of those.I'll still continue to use them as my ATM, but I've found it strange that they are unable to fulfill even the simplest of requests. Maybe this one teller was not representative of the whole organization.

I had the worst experience in my life with Chase Bank at this location. The manager was arrogant and impatient. She did not know what she was doing and I told her to contact her boss. She refused. I will never go to this location again and am thinking of closing all bank accounts with Chase.

Do not set an investment account up with CHASE. Worst time trying to do this. Its taken 8 weeks and nothing is done. Requested a investment banker but had to do everything on line. Go some place else.

Went in for a simple product change. Wasted half an hour answering questions so they could get to know me better, even though I've had accounts for years with them and have excellent credit. If the customer knows what they want, and comes in with all documents ready, can you sell it without trying to pitch other products or waste time?

We were thrilled to have a local Chase branch open so near our home in Excelsior. Team is very welcoming when you walk in. ATMs are convenient. Chase is one of, if not the, largest bank in the US. When we moved to the twin cities three years ago we were shocked to not have one here. So glad that this is changed! We use services for investment and regular checking. Online website, mobile app, and counter service is solid!

Very friendly staff at Chase Bank Minnetonka. They greet you at the door with a smile and ask you what you need. Any time I have visited my questions have been answered. Great to have a branch so close to home.

Run ..... do not waste your precious time. Have been repeatedly given incorrect information - to the extent the MN Federal Reserve has opened an investigation due to unethical business practices. Currently holding funds from my employer payroll check - having accused them of not covering their payroll, to my altering the check itself, then accusing BofA not releasing the funds (check cleared 6 days ago). The latest - called my parents (who are not on the account). Returned to this branch, spoke with the branch manager & operations mgr - provided the original check/DL/passport - while helpful, accomplished nothing. Waste of time. Meeting with FR Monday to discuss further.

I've been a CHASE Customer for over thirty years, starting back when I lived in Columbus and Chase was Bank One at that time. I moved to Minneapolis area and never closed my accounts in Columbus. I liked my accounts and service. WELL, now they are here in Minneapolis, finally. So I was able to move my business account here. Entering the bank, you need to wear a mask. There wasn't anyone to greet me, which was odd. I had called ahead so a banker was expecting me. I just had to confirm a few things for my new business account and that went pretty quick. I'm glad to have Chase in town and welcome to Minnesota winters.

Terrible service. As a college student, I was looking for a bank to open up a credit card and checking account where I would get full transparency and good communication. Hence, why I went into the branch rather than making one online. However, I got neither of those. First, I received incomplete information regarding opening up a credit card. Then, I did not get an account number or confirmation number from my banker before I left the branch. Later, I had to call to ask them to provide if for me. In the process, I had a conflict with miscommunication and could not get a hold of a banker. I called over the span of two days and was put on hold multiple times for 45+ mins then hung up on. For someone who is new to opening a bank account and trying to learn about building credit score, this was 100% not the place for me. I was referred to chase by multiple friends saying it was reliable and that bankers were always helpful but this was my worse experience yet. If you are able to, try to go to a different branch and avoid this one.
