Check your receipt right after you pay!!! Lady told me it was 60% off six or more items (since they're shutting down) and I got six items but only 40% off. Didn't check until I was at home. Hope this reaches some people before they permanently close

Closed today despite hours saying open until 9, having to make an extra trip to another location for a gift.
Edit (March 16, 2024):
Closed during mall hours again today. I no longer shop this location, but was in the mall and noticed lights off and gate closed.

Best. Piercing. Experience. Ever! I went into Claire's Ridgedale one week ago to get my ear lobes double pierced. Previously I have had three piercings, this was my fourth piercing and I was a bit nervous. The employee working made me feel so comfortable, so assured and so happy. She described the complete details of the process as a true professional and walked me through every step of the way. She measured my ears to ensure not only accuracy but ensure symmetry as well. She taught me the best practices for cleaning and recovery and I felt confident leaving Claires. One week later, I have no complaints, and I'm actually thinking of getting another piercing at Claire's. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

If you enjoy standing around at the register and having an obvious employee walk past and ignore you, go here! Lovely employees here that cant seem to pull their heads from their hole in the ground you're in luck! Incompetence at its finest.

Came to get my daughters ears pierced today, she was so excited! Waited 45 minutes in the store only for the cashier lady to be so rude. At 5:45pm she told me to come back another day as they close soon… they closed at 7pm, I had to pull up the store hours to prove to her. When my daughter picked her first set of earrings, she said “in my professional opinion I recommend she does something else” a little girl asking for glitter heart earrings and your professional opinion is to do something else? When my daughter started feeling afraid all she said was “you think she’ll make it through the 2nd piercing? Cause once I open it, you buy it” Walked away not getting anything done due to how terrible service was. Literally made this supposed to be fun experience horrible.

Seriously, 1 employee trying to run the cash register, answer questions and ear piercings on a Saturday. Definitely not the employees fault, I honestly feel bad for them, but damn, talk about poor customer service. You need to be better!

While the store was nice and clean the staff had no sense of urgency. I will not return. Forty minutes to wait with three in line and two on staff.
