Yesterday my sister went to the location in Minnetonka and was treated very rudley! The lady with red hair who was working there hassled her about a price misunderstanding because the product was in the wrong place. She yelled at her and told her that this is 2024 and basically she didn't need to have good customer service and threatened to call the police! The gentleman working with her asked her to calm down and she responded no! As a black woman she felt very targeted because she did not treat the previous customer who looked different than her that way. As a licensed cosmetologist she decided she will not continue to spend her money here. I hope this issue can be addressed so all customers feel welcomed!

Nyasia and McKenna provided the best customer service! I arrived close to closing time and they both were kind enough to help me get what I needed quickly, and never made me feel bad or rushed!

They were low on stock of combs and brushes,their website is horrible but the woman who helped me in the cherry dress was friendly and hilarious which made it all worth it
