The staff are always extremely helpful and nice. If you need to call, they'll call you back within an hour, often much sooner. The line can sometimes be long, but they are well-staffed, so it moves quickly. While the Walgreens nearby is often a disaster, this CVS usually has enough staff to make the sometimes long lines go quickly. The friendly staff provide prompt service. The only complaint is the pickup line snaking through an aisle, which can make that aisle difficult to both shop and wait in. The pharmacist, Jill, at the CVS Minnetonka, MN Hwy 7 & 101 in Target location has gone above and beyond to help customers, handling insurance issues and refill problems. She has the patience of a saint and really cares about the customers. Despite the challenges of staffing and a small physical space, the pharmacy is operating as well as possible. The pharmacists are working diligently, filling prescriptions as fast as they can while also providing vaccinations. Customers appreciate the kind, thoughtful service, especially from staff like Todd.
